After reading so many positive reviews on Google; I decided to purchase some spare parts for my car. It was a decent experience online – ordering and all. The problem arose when I received the package. It was packed in a bizarre manner. After opening the box I found that the item was damaged. Immediately, I called the customer care, but got not reply. I kept trying their number. It took me 3 days to get in touch with them. I explained them the incident. They started tp argue with me. They even put the blame on me. These guys were so confident that their product can’t be delivered damaged. What bullshit! I requested to speak to their manager, but they kept procrastinating. I finally spoke to their manager after hours of trying, and I was promised for a pick-up and replacement of the damaged item.
I was relieved – finally! No, but this was not all. No one came for the pick up or replacement. I had to call them again. The replacement arrived after a week from the day of making a request. And guess what? It was again delivered in a damaged condition. I was like what the hell is going on here? I called them again and asked for a refund. They said that they couldn’t refund; only replacement was possible. All this process was so damn frustrating. After talking to the manager again, and requesting him a hundred times, I got a refund after 2 weeks or so.
I have never ever in my entire life experienced such a pathetic customer service. I was mentally harassed on a consistent basis for nearly a month. If you can’t provide a good customer support; you’re of no use. I’ll never trust them again.
