4.27.17 I have shopped at SA for over 20 years. The website states that with a receipt you can exchange items. I cam in the next day to exchange an item with tags and receipt. The ladies were rude and they basically told me I need to read better because they do not exchange. I left the stuff on the counter and told them to pay it forward and give it to someone else. mind you this was not the total sum of what I bought it was maybe 10%. I will never shop at SA ever again. I will go to good will from now on. You need to make sure what you have posted online is what you honor in the store. Sincerely, Never again.
