I made a order on 12-10-14, thru the swiss colony all over the catalog it said that i was approved, my order was suppose to be in 7 business day, checked my order on line with my order number given to me and it said that order had not been shipped yet. Called the 1800 number and they explain to me that i needed to put a down payment of 10 dollars in order to get my shipment out??? Asked if i could pay that over the phone with a debit card and they informed me they could but that my shipment was not gurantee to be in by christmas??? Told them that, that was ok that i needed to cancel my order, i never got an “Im sorry” or any kind of explanation, a Im sorry would of been fine, since they never called and told me my shipment was not send.
