I would like to file a complaint against the UPS Store of San Antonio on Kitty Hawk road. I shipped my son’s computer from San Antonio to Goodfellow AFB, and the computer arrived damaged. After several phones calls I spoke with the owner of the store. He took down my information, but I still did not receive any follow up information regarding my shipment for almost a month, which of course was denied due to improper packing. My problem…they did ALL the packing!!! I purchased the insurance on the shipment, but that does not matter. The clerk is claiming I refused the additional packing material…which of course is not true. He never offered the additional packing material…why would I pay for the insurance and then decline the additional packing material?? What is my recourse?? I asked them to pack it securely so that it would arrive at the destination safely, and I also purchased the insurance…how is any of this my fault?? I paid them to pack it, ship it, but now I am the responsible party…it what world is this fair??? .

05/02/2019 Went in to get a notary public signature and an express envelope for a business set of papers. Both clerks reacted negatively to my request, one of them, whose name said to be Taner, very angrily said it would be at least 10 minutes. I did let him know he was being quite rude even though he was busy. This is not the first time. The store is around the corner, very convenient for me, but the staff always seem to be in a foul mood. I will be taking my business back to the USA post office.

11/14/17 a bag of apples were brought into the store located on Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY to be packed and shipped to Texas. When I called inquiring of this service on Monday I was assured that they do this often so I took their word that they knew what they were doing. The package arrived on time but the condition was horrible! They person took the bag of apples, placed them inside a box and wrapped bubble wrap around the bag. Needless to say many of the apples were bruised or mush! I”m very surprised that the apples were not individually wrapped to minimize bruising. Needless to say I will NOT bring anything to that store again for packaging, I will pack myself and mail. After my third negative experience in the store I knew it wasn”t an accident or anomaly. 1. Owner or proprietor (middle aged male with glasses) yelled at me for buying only shipping tape to leave pre -paid UPS parcel. He then ordered me to buy stamps to “make his credit card machine work”. 2. The next time he was rude to my wife for putting prepaid UPS parcel on counter with other outbound UPS packages w/o his permission. Not sure what this guy”s problem is but we will never use the store again and have told others to steer clear. When we mentioned to our neighbor our experience, they had a terrible story to share as well. UPS must have no control of the experience in UPS Store 3558 to let this continue.

At 7:08pm on Wednesday, September 13th, in Jasper, Alabama, down Skyline Circle a delivery was made to my neighbor and the truck was speeding very fast down Skyline Circle which is a very short road, and gravel. He should not have been driving over 15 miles per hour, and he was doing 35 -40! I came outside because he had to come past my home once again hoping he would slow down, never happened. This is a residence only road, no through traffic, so you understand this is reckless driving. AT&T U-verse gave me instructions to return a defective cable box in the box that the new one came in. They instructed me to put all the parts in the box and to put the return lable on the box over the old one and take it to the UPS store. I did. When I took it in the woman took the box and handed me a receipt. I told her I needed a small piece of tape to secure the box and she said that it would cost me $1.00 . I told her I did not want to pay a doller and that I would use a small piece of the receipt that she gave. She looked at it again and took the receipt out of my hand and said she could not take the box. I told her that I put it in the box per instructions from AT&T. Again she said we cannot take that box so she opened the box and said we cannot take that box. Then she wanted an account number and I explained to her again that this is what AT&T told me to do. Again she told me she cannot take the box. She took the equipment out of the box and shoved the box at me and said here. I said could you just throw it away and again she said we cannot take that box. That woman was rude, never smiled and never said thank you. She seemed mad at me because I had that box. Been a customer of this store since 1996 when it was Mailbox etc. Never have I had such rude and difficult encounters with just getting my mail. The BIG problem is WE the customer are keeping these people in business. The owner is approachable and reasonable. However, the store manager (Chuba) is a complete [censored]. Below is the email I sent to the owner and had no response. The email included a signed letter from his employee, stating I would recieve the full refund of $81. UPS Store 2781 charged me for a PO Box that ws never put in place and belonged the mail inside belonged to another person. Mr Kim; Attached you will find a written letter from Drew Durham, (your employee) stating my refund due in the amount of $81. I received a check from you in the amount of $41; which I have not cashed and do not accept. I opened a PO Box at your location which was never set up by your store, I never had a PO box which you are charging me for 1 month, and your store has caused me a great deal of headache because not only did my mail never get transferred; the box was assigned to another person.

Beware UPS hidden fees. I used the UPS store on Cambie near 18th yesterday. I asked whether they did regular postage. The man said yes, put my large envelop on a non-metered scale and charged me $3.52. The impression was clearly that the 3.52 was based on metering. After paying, he then said, “everything”s fine. we”ll put in the mailbox for you.” I thought perhaps it is better I put it in the mailbox and said “I would like to put the envelope in the mailbox.” That”s when things turned funny. He suddenly looked uncomfortable. The man very hesitantly took my envelop to another scale, one that was metered. It was only then that I noticed that the first scale was not a metered one–it was just part of the game. He stood there a long spell and finally, pressed a button and a postage sticker came out. He handed me back my stamped letter and I proceeded to walk out the store. Then, I noticed that the postage read just over 2 dollars! I went back and asked about this and the man said “we”re not canada post so we charge a service fee for putting postage on letters.” i got angry and replied that nowhere was this mentioned. 2ndly, i was paying close to double just to have ups put on a stamp. thirdly, I was most angered by the theatre of it all–I would have been none the wiser if I had just let them put it in the mailbox and I wondered how many others have simply left it at that for UPS to drop in the mailbox not knowing that they were charged a huge premium over normal postage. They put on a show that they are like a post office so that no one ever thinks to ask about any fees. Moreover, there is no system for the fees charged it seems to me. I paid nearly double my postage. I demanded my money back and after a spat got it back. Buyer beware on UPS, particularly the one at 3495 Cambie.

bought a computer through Amazon. When UPS delivered it to my house, I was not at my house and could not get the computer. Since I scheduled an installation for immediate use, I went to UPS local store the next Saturday, but they were not sure when the package would deliver to the store. I called the Service line, the guy received said the package would deliver to the local store next Monday. I said you can deliver to my house for my convenience. The guy said fine and I would receive my computer by 1pm by Monday. So I waited for the computer at home on Monday, but could not get the package. Claim # [protected] store # 4455 Davie Fl owned by Patrick Eloi My 102 pound item was inappropriately packed and shipped to my customer in Texas. This item sold on eBay and was easily proven its value of $725. It was not marked heavy whatsoever to inform any potential carrier of it”s excessive weight. It had a total of 14 Styrofoam packing peanuts. It was not wrapped in any type of bubble wrap whatsoever. My customer received their item in Texas destroyed. EBay refunded them there $725 leaving me with no merchandise and out the money. This UPS store completely missed handled my case. Jeffree the assistant manager declare the value at $400 without my consent or knowledge of doing so. I have never received my item back and I only got $390. This is completely inefficient and is hurting my small business. I believe the remainder value of $490 should be paid to me promptly being that I can prove that”s what my value and items sold for. It was inappropriately packed and I paid $155 for shipping. Some of that was for Jeffrey to do his job and pack my item appropriately making sure it was secure which was not done. I cannot afford to take that kind of loss. I do not have my amplifier and I do not have a sufficient refund. I did not have knowledge of his declaration of value nor did he get my consent. I can easily prove what it sold for in the money I am out. You claim that you are for small business yet you are technically stealing from mine. I paid for a service that was not rendered. The owner Patrick Eloi went out of his way to ignore me and I do not believe he is an individual with character or integrity is that you represent your corporation. I would like my remaining balance of my refund met. Under the claim number listed above, all photos and proof of purchase and sale are attached to that claim number. All requirements were met on my behalf to prove what my value was in that the item was damaged.

Do NOT do business with this UPS store. It is the Cheater with fraud ads, and bait and switch traps. When I rent the mailbox, I clearly told them the mailbox rental is for receive package, and not for mail. The regular mail is able to directly delivery to my home, and I have no necessary to rent the mailbox for them. My mailbox rental is just to get someone to signature the package for me in case I am on working. The UPS store “s young employee and owner agree with my words, and also when I mention the package is too big to be hold by small mailbox, I am told that they will put the package in the floor, and leave a note in the mailbox. When I ask the limitation about the different size mailbox, I am told by young employee that no exactly difference, and just small mailbox”s size is too small to hold too much mail, and also I am told by the owner that “Do not worry about that”. The young employee shows me the $25 discount coupon, and I am told by the young employee that I can combine the coupon with 3-month free extension promotion if I subscribes one years” mailbox rental. During the check out process, the UPS store owner appears and he says the price is too cheap if combine two promotions coupon. I point out immediately that it is illegal to refuse their store coupon and their promise. Finally he redeemed the $25 coupon as $15. It is so surprised that store owner negotiates with customer about their store”s coupon value. I never to beg anything for him, and I am surprised that their word and they do not show up their respect to customer. About the coupon, it is highly suggested that the store should send an original copy of the promotion ads to BBB service for investigation purpose, and then the fact will be clear. The store plays the typical bait and switch tactic: attract the customer with the bait ($25 coupon + 3 months promotion), the break the agreement by some excuses and switch with menace: pay additional $99 to upgrade or lost the incoming mail (since the incoming mail is already on the way and no way to change destination). Several days later, when I go to UPS store to pickup my holiday gifts, the store owner starts to break the agreement and ask me to upgrade the mailbox by some excuses. To my surprised, my holiday gift is regarded as business item. I tell Ken it is holiday gift and not business item, but Ken roughly shout out that no matter what item it is, the mailbox must be upgrade into business mailbox. Then I ask several times for their formal mail and formal description about the limitation, but they refused to provide related and the business owner (Ken) claims that he will throw my items away or return to sender. As the customer I have rights to know the detail information before and after my purchase, however, Ken refuse to release any information by formal letter about that, and looks like all the rules will rely on her instantly flexible words. Until Dec 24, I still do not get exactly detail information about services. Since he is always give flexible words, and wipe the words out very soon, I can not talk with him by mouth any more. On Dec.24, 2008, Ken, the UPS Owner blocks my mailbox (#106) without my authorization. It is just 11 days from the 15-months subscription begins. This UPS store”s activity has the significant negative effect on my Christmas shopping, and lots of my friends in this community know her behaviors. We are no longer desire to do business with this dishonest person. To try nicely resolving the issue I go to the business, however, it is found that the lock in my mailbox is changed and my key does not work since Dec 24, 2009 without my authorization. Also, to my surprise, the business owner does not the refund the fee, and even he abuses the customers with the bad language. I can not believe that this type business activity happens in US. As my previous words, the business owner issues the bogus advertisement to attract the customer without intention to redeem the coupon. He tries to take advantage the nice customer. I am obviously not happy with their business style, but I am too nice and fall into the trap by his bogus words. Earlier this month I had major issues with not getting my text or email. I was expecting a letter from DMV and it was a time sensitive issue. I received an email a week after indicating they received a letter a week earlier.I kept calling until I got the owner to fix the issue. Entered the store at 9am and was the only customer. Staff Eryn opened my overly secured box to see if my fragiles were packed securely (which they were). Eryn was moving extremely slow . She told me she would have to add more bubble wrap to my package, so she took my box and placed it to the side to take other customers that came in after me. Meanwhile, I have to wait for her to take the next three customers. I asked her to just tape the box back up because I had to go and I wanted to make sure my box was secure before I left. She took too long so I left. After returning to my car I decided to go back in because I didn”t get insurance on my package and I didn”t want my items to come out of the box. When I returned my box is still sitting on the counter opened. I asked if they could give me my box and I will tape it up and just send the package. The girl which I believe was Eryn went in the back (I guess looking for bubble wrap) she didn”t say an appeared to have an attitude at this time. Eryn took a while in the back and when she came back she had large bubble wrap. Moving slowly seemingly on purpose, Eryn proceeded to take my items out and wrap them, after the second item you could tell that the items were now too big to fit in the box. Again, I asked her to nicely to just tape the box back up so that I could go. Eryn put one piece of tape on a box that probably weighed 20 lbs. At this point I loss my cool and told here she could do better than that. I had to go and walked out at 9:20am. I paid $40.00 for terrible service and my items might come out of the box. Every time a delivery is on stoney run in Keyser wv the driver flies up the dirt hill flinging rocks all over people”s cars. This is getting out of control. We have small children and pets that play on that DIRT road. Many of us have said things before. One more time he throws rocks on my vehicles I will be contacting the insurance company. Good afternoon, to whom I may concern: I am writing to complain about an employee which work at the 153-01 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica NY 11432 store, by the name Rosy, or so she said her name to be, she was working between the hours of 5:00pm to 6:00pm Thursday March 12, 2020. This is what happened, first of all, the lady at the counter said the all of us who was already in a line, in a very nasty tone of voice, to all of us (make a line over there- while pointing to the area) no one said anything, but moved and made a line. When was my turn, I asked her to explain to me how does the packaging work for Amazon returns, because this was my first return to amazon, she just mention under her breath, in the same nasty tone, still I paid her no mine, just wanted to get my package out, she said you have to pay for the tape, which I sad to her how much for tape, she keep saying I will be right there, so I waited for a while, she came back and said to me (put it on the scale), and scanned the printed paper barcode, then put it on the inside counter and she did a next package, and that time I said to her, I didn’t get the tape to close my package as yet, and she said in her usual voice, it cost $2.00 for one package, in which I said to her, I will not do it again today, cause these packages was to be free returns, I will take them home and tape them, cause I have tape at home and will come back tomorrow to drop them off. She replied in her nasty voice again, said to me ( she can give me back my packages, so I mention to her, I am not paying for it, how will it be shipped then, she said again nasty ( I am not giving you it back, I already scanned it), in which I told her that if u not giving me I will have to call the police, she said to me ( go ahead and call them), I call the police and told them that she is holding my packages and will not give them to me, while I am on the phone with the police, she toke my packages and when I the back corner and tapped them up and came to the front part and put them in a big box to go. When the police came, she told them that Amazon has a policy that when the package already scanned, ups can’t give it back, so the police told me to pay her the money because is Amazon policy, which I told the police that she didn’t tape the packages until she saw me calling them on my phone. I did give the money and left. After I called Amazon and asked if they had such policy, they said they don’t know of any said policy, and apologized to me for that experience and offered me an credit reward for my experience. This employee has no regards for any customer.

Good evening. I visited the UPS Store located in Collier PA ., Washington Pike on August 9, 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m. I was returning 2 items to Amazon. When I entered the store I had 2 boxes that were not taped. I paid extra to Amazon for the item labels to be printed at the store. When I approached the counter…there was 1 man that appeared to be working. He did not greet me. He moved some boxes aside but still said nothing to me. I placed my boxes on the counter and explained that I had the email with the scanner emblem for him to scan for the label. He said nothing. He scanned my code, printed the label, sealed the box…and moved on to the next one. Then he charged me 2 dollars for not having my boxes ready. I asked him if this were new that I was being charged to tape the box. He grunted and then harshly said that I didn”t have my boxes prepared and that was the price. I didn”t so much mind that I was charged but I did mind his horrible demeanor. He was unfriendly and was inconsiderate. The man”s name was Gregory…I think is last name was Blass. I had a bad day today as well…but I did not treat anyone with the lack of respect that this person did. Oh…and one more thing…I did not receive a receipt for my packages. By the time I had realized it…I was not going to go back and deal with him again.

Hello, I went to UPS Store on Charlestown Road in New Albany Indiana, store #5616 on August 21, 2018. I went to mail some music to a cello friend in Cairo Egypt. The man behind the counter didn”t speak very good English and had a strong accent. He told me that I didn”t need a tracking number unless I wanted to pay over $100.00 for the shipping. I stated I could not afford that at this time, then he charged me $38.12 to mail my package and then he stated that if the package doesn”t reach Eygypt, I will have to pay more for the shipping. He questioned my package and wanted to know what was inside. He was hateful and rude and snapped at me over the music. I stated to him that I would gladly open the package if needed. He wasn”t busy and wanted me out of the store. I paid him for the shipping, and then he tossed the package onto the floor behind the counter and walked off. On October 3rd, 2018, I went back to the UPS store to talk to a manager because my friend did not receive his package. The same man was behind the counter. I tried to explain to him that the package didn”t make it to Egypt. The man then asked for a receipt, I didn”t have a receipt, he didn”t give me one. I pulled up the transaction on my phone from my checking account and the man refused to look at my phone. He said “there is NOTHING I can do to help you! I told you that it would cost more money for a tracking number and you didn”t pay for a tracking number” There was another customer in the store and I was embarrassed and hurt. He said there is nothing he can do and he turned and walked away. I have been in this store before this incident and always had great customer service by another lady there, but she was not there. I am not sure who the manager is, I am assuming it is him. I would like a refund if possible or to find my package. I had paid $30.00 for this cello music so that I could send the music to my friend. Hi, I shipped documents package with 2 day air shipment and UPS missed the package when i called UPS customer service they mentioned will start investigation it may take up to 8 business days the next day they found the package but didn’t receive any call from customer service I have to call each and every time to check the status about package. Since its delayed almost 4 days I requested them to change the delivery address if they can delivery particular time the customer representative assured will be delivered by that date but not so I end up calling again customer service to request return my package but they said need to go to same store where I shipped to request it. I went to UPS to talk to manager and he called UPS customer service and put the request so again they missed the package again called customer service to track my package. Finally they UPS delivered my package to particular store when I asked the manager he said he didnt received it but as per UPS tracking it shows delivered. I called customer service again they said it delivered to front desk so when I went to asked same manager he is keep on telling I dont have it when I asked him to check with UPS customer service than he gave my package. Hi, today we visited your Westlake store #4296 4607 Lakeview Canyon Road West lake Village, CA 91361 We completed our online application and we were instructed to visit this location near us to finalize the fingerprint process. John, older male, was the person that assisted us and he was under the impression that his left hand (fingerprints) was to be used for the system instead of ours. We followed his instructions at first. He fingerprinted his left hand, then my wife”s right hand, thumbs, then rolled all of her fingers. Before finalizing the process we asked him why it didn”t ask for my wife”s left hand. He insisted that the SureID wanted the technician”s left hand for comparison with the customer”s, however, how is a comparison made when the customer”s left hand was never taken? We asked him to go back to the beginning all the while he insisted he did it correctly. We read the instructions at the beginning and it did not ask for the technician”s hand it said for the technician to assist with applying pressure. After deleting the Tech”s left hand we ran my wife”s left hand and finished the process. I feel that he may have inadvertently used his left hand for many customers since it seems we just caught this issue!

Horrible!!! The owner of this store is a thief. He has decided to close his store in Brownsville, Texas (45 minutes away from this location) giving his clients one day notice. This has resulted in mail being lost and rerouted back to senders. The owner refuses to refund the the clients of the Brownsville store for the remaining amount remaining on their rent, instead stated that they can drive 45 minutes away to use the Harlingen store. USPS will not honor the Change Of Address Form, because only he owner can complete the form as USPS does not recognize the internal (BOX) Number, only the physical address of the store. The manager is equally shady and is quick to tell you that it isn”t her fault and offers zero solutions. I spoke to Tim (last name unknown) who is an executive of the UPS to explain that this extremely short notice has resulted in a huge loss of revenue for my company and we just had $1, 000 worth of stationary printed with this address on it weeks ago that is now absolutely useless. He too was an absolute waste of time.

How do I file a complaint against a store and it”s employees? I am absolutely sick and tired of the poor customer service I have been experiencing at Store #1089. When the manager is working by himself, I have no issues and he is very attentive. However, his employees are rude and unprofessional. Today was really the final straw. I sent a direct email to the store requesting them to print out 3 copies for me. I received an email back inquiring how I wanted it printed and what type of paper. I responded within 3 minutes of receiving the inquiry. In my email, I included my contact number for questions but I also was VERY specific that I needed them by 1:30PM. I actually got to the store after 2PM. Leonardo, asked how he could help, I told him I was there to pick-up my printouts. He looked didn”t see them, checked with his co-worker, was told where he could find any printouts, was told they didn”t have an order for me. Leonardo said I don”t see it, to me and then walked away. No, explanation, no apologies for the inconvenience, just dismissed me. The co-worker comes out and says are you sure you sent it to this store. I said I did. He asked if I sent them an email or did I do the print online option. I told him I sent a direct email. At this point, he is getting loud and speaking to me as if I am not a customer. He then goes into the back to speak with the manager, who I was told was on the phone with customer service. The co-worker comes back and says the manager is still on the phone but the manager is going to look into it. At that point, I am already running late for my meeting, so I get on the computer to print out what I sent. As I am going through my email, your employee walks up behind me, didn”t announce himself, leans over into MY email and says, “You sent this to us with no attachment.” I point to the original email sent at 11:47AM and advise him as you can see there is an attachment on this email and if what you are saying is true WHY would he send me an email asking for specifics.” At that point he kept saying you JUST sent it to us. I have a screenshot. The time is clearly stated on the emails. The young man I am referring to is consistently condescending and rude. Instead of looking for a solution, he was argumentative and confrontational. Honestly, if I had more time to deal with the situation, I would have called from the store. I have lived in this area for over 10 years. I have been using the UPS Store for the last five years. I can honestly say, I have NEVER experienced customer service this poor in a very long time.

I am a business owner and utilize UPS much during each month. I am usually happy with their service, but The UPS Store on 1436 Altamont Ave, Schenectady, NY has changed my view of UPS stores. This store has no customer service skills and excessive costs. On March 28, 2011 I was sending a prepared package with prepaid mailing label- all it need was one strip of tape to finish the packaging and be sent out. The gentleman asked me for $2 for taping. I questioned him why the charge since I prepaid for the shipping. He said it costs him $2 for tape (He used maybe 5 inches of tape). I paid the fee, but felt uneasy. I followed up with a phone call to UPS Corporate headquarters which they explained that the fee was excessive and not needed. I returned into the store to question the gentleman what UPS corporate verbalized to me. He becomes rude and inappropriate. I felt unsafe for my physical safety as well as concerned by my package with an expensive item inside it. I asked for my package and he intially refused to give it back to me. With persistence he gave me back my package but not my money. At this time I am thankful I have my package and it is safe with me and all items were thankfully inside. However, this gentlemen and worker was verbally aggressive, inappropriate and rude. In addition, he is charging excessive fees to customers. Furthermore, UPS corporate also does not support his inappropriate and irrational behavior. The point of this complaint is the lack of professional communication and inapproproate conduct as well as the unnessary fees, which UPS coporate supported my concern of this fee. As a customer calling the UPS Corporate inquring about this and with their response, you can see why a customer, such as I would feel they are being cheated and ripped off. In questioning this fee, they became irritated and rude. The lack of proper and professional skills to resolve this issue nor communicate is unfortunate- I am sure it hurts business- I guess that is why they need even $2 to stay open, therefore I am glad I gave the donation.

I am an ex employee of the UPS Store 1244 Chico, CA. I was terminated August 17, 2018. I had a package en route from AdoreMe.com. The tracking says delivered August 24, 2018, but the employee Carousel Russell, informed me that it was, she “thought” RTS (returned to sender). I went to the USPS Office and they had informed me that they never received a RTS package with the tracking number connected to my delivery. The store has multiple cameras to prevent things like this happening. I never stole from any of my co workers. I have a feeling they did not send it back, cause if they did there would be proof of tracking and there is none. I just want to make sure my package was not stolen. I need proof on camera that it was taken out of the store by a USPS employee and not a UPS Store 1244 employee. It is $160 worth of clothing. I will go to the police station and get a warrant to see the camera myself. I am so upset about this. I am writing this complaint in regards to a tea set that I shipped via the ups store located at 9449 S. Kedzie Avenue. the item was shipped on 12/15/2016, I tracked the package and was informed that the package was not able to be delivered and would be arriving at the UPS store for me to pick up on December 24th 2016. When I got to the store to pick up my package which was a tea set valued at $100, The entire package was crumbled and the box felt very empty. I asked the store associate for scissors to open the box and found that the only thing left from my entire tea set was a saucer and 1 cup. The remaining items were all missing. I was told that the package had been damaged and the damaged items were thrown away! The associate told me that they would enter a complaint for this and the store manager, Pat would contact me after Christmas, I did not hear from Pat so I called the store and spoke with her. Pat assured me that she would look into it and process my claim and she would be calling me back the next day. I never got a call from pat so I called the store for several days asking for a manager and I was told that the manager was not there and I would have to call back to speak with Pat again. as of today, February 21, 2017, I have spoken with the Manager at the UPS store on 94th and Kedzie a total of 7 times in which each time I was told that she needed to look into the claim and call me back. Each time we’ve spoken it was because I reached out to her again and got the same response. The tea set was a very valuable possession which is now gone and I would like some assistance in replacing at least the value of the set as the actual tea set is gone. I am out of options with the UPS store because I have not been able to receive any help for over 2 months. I ask the clerk in the UPS office to box the items that I laid on the counter. Instead the girl filled the box with popcorn and place my items in the box and sealed it with tape. When she brought the b ox out I asked her if it was full, she stated no. I had additional items to be placed in the box. She took the tape off and proceed to say, “I do not want your glass items to be broken.” (There were no glass items in the box. The n ext day or today I had additional items to send; again, the girl placed the items in the box along with popcorn. I abruptly asked her to take the popcorn out. I only asked for a box and there were no glass items. The other staff member stated that I did not have to be rude! The other staff member continued on with, you are rude, why do you have to talk so loud, etc. She could not shut up. Of course I will change UP store.

I brought 15 Art Deco tiles into UPS store number 1104 and asked them to bubble wrap, pack, insure and ship the items. I paid for all the services and the insurance. The tiles were damaged in shipping and the box was returned to the UPS store damaged and crushed. They are now refusing to pay my insurance claim stating that I insisted that they pack this in my box. This was not true, I could care less which box they packed it in and would”ve gladly paid for any box had they told me it would void the insurance. They simply asked me if I wanted to use my box, and I told them sure if it”s OK with you. They are also stating that I told them to only bubble wrap the items once which is not true. I relied on UPS to be the shipping experts and they blew it! Now I find it unbelievable that they won”t pay in insurance claim which I paid extra for.

I brought a return ups package on 12/28/2016 at a ups drop off location: keepin” it local [protected], 536 main st, athol, ma 01331. I paid 1.00 for a receipt. Not sure why they charge all customers a $1.00 receipt fee. I didnt feel comfortable just dropping it off and not getting one so I paid the $1.00 for it. I have never had to pay for a ups drop off receipt before. Is that new do you know? He has a handmade sign at the desk displaying that if you want a ups receipt there is a $1.00 charge to get one. I also let the shipper know what happened since it was their return label and I should have not had any charges to pay out of pocket to return. The guy in the store didnt care at all. He said you either pay the 1.00 for the receipt or dont get one. So I paid but not happy about it.

I decided to use the UPS store in Winter Springs instead of a post office box. That was a mistake. A UPS store doesn’t forward mail once you cancel, unlike the post office. But what made me angry is that the guy who owns the place was rude once we said we were not renewing the contract a second time. He didn’t thank us for the business we gave him, just scolded us for not continuing. Unbelievable. There’s a nearby storage unit that sells boxes for 5 bucks…this guy charged 90 bucks minimum for 3 months with 30 bucks month to month after.

I dropped my items off at the UPS in Chester, MD somewhere around May 17-20 (Not sure of the exact date). Just last night I checked my bill and found that my merchandise had not been returned. I called UPS office in Chester, MD and Jasmine was very pleasant. She indicated that she would forward my concerns to the manager. Well, I wasn”t satisfied really considering I have 500.00 worth of items missing. I called the customer service number listed for UPS and was immediately told to call someone at the corporate office. So I speak with a gentleman name Mr. Alejancro who seemed to be a little p”terd with me during the phone conversation. I felt that I have a right to be frustrated. There was no verbal use exchanged. So he says that they will do an investigation. I have never experienced this kind of mess before in my life. I have a lot of concerns about this issue not being resolved because I have been passed down to so many people today. Mr. Alejancro was short with me and I did not appreciate it. I don”t have 500.00 to throw away. I am very upset and will continue to be upset until my package is located. I did not feel the genuine concern and I will continue to reach out to additional persons until my matter has been resolved. I had a box to ship to Duluth Georgia on 7/25. I paid $167 for 2 Day Air delivery on 7/27. The Sherwood Oregon UPS Store took it upon themselves to put a Hazardous Materials Label on my box. The UPS Hub sent it back to the UPS Store. Lie #1: Christina at The UPS Store accused me of putting the label on the box. Lie #2: Christina at The UPS Store said I told them Lithium batteries were in the box. Finally: Christina at The UPS Store said “I assumed there were Lithium batteries because the box had electronics inside. I had a $10K job depending on the box being in Duluth, GA. on the 27th for repairs and sent back to me on the 30th. The box was eventually reshipped, not overnight at their expense as I requested, but 2 Business Day Air! It arrived on 7/31. This forced me to incur overnight return shipping to try and salvage the $10K job and make up for their unauthorized labeling of my package. I have been arguing with The Sherwood UPS Store, UPS Corporate, and The UPS Store Corporate, to get a refund of my $167 and half of the overnight return shipping that was necessary due to their unethical behavior. No one wants to accept responsibility even with Tracking Documentation and e-mails to back it all up. UPS says they are not responsible for Franchise Behavior. The UPS Store Corporate buries you in their phone tree system with three options: 1. Track a package 2. Ship a package 3. Locate a store Nowhere is there an option to talk to a human being about Franchise Accountability. If you press “0” to get a representative, their phone tree sends you to UPS Corporate who then tells you it”s not their issue, you “need to deal with the Franchise” or “The UPS Store Corporate Customer Service 800 number or website”. It”s a purposeful endless loop of unaccountability designed to keep you going round, and round and round until you give up and kiss your money goodbye. Cristina says “Call the owner; San.” I call and “San” never returns my call. Cristina said in an email on July 28th: “Once again we apologize for the delay of your shipment. We are doing everything possible to rectify the situation. As it stands the package is expected to arrive at Gravotech Repair on Tuesday Jul 31, 2018 but we are trying desperately to get it there sooner if possible. As I said on the phone as soon as the package has been delivered we will submit to corporate UPS to file a GSR to get you a refund on the shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter as we work diligently to get your shipment to its destination as soon as possible. Thank you. Christina” It is now August 7th. Yesterday, August 6th, having not received any communication regarding my promised refund, I stopped by The UPS Store. Christina was there. I asked about my refund and she said “look, I can”t cut you a check! I just submitted the refund request to my manager, Janelle Brame.” My reply: “I never asked you for a check. You said you would submit the refund request as soon as the package was delivered. It was delivered on 7/31 at 8:56 AM. Today in August 6th, 4:45 PM and you said you “just submitted the refund request to your manager!” Why did you wait a week? Christina: “I didn”t wait a week; I submitted the request several days ago.” Christina just can”t seem to keep her stories straight from one sentence to another. I asked Christina if she would forward me her email request to Janelle Brame, asking for a refund of my 2 Day Air charges. . . and half of the overnight return shipping. Christina said “I can”t do that. I have to get my managers permission.” In other words, Christina most likely never put forth the request “as soon as the box arrived in Duluth GA.” I asked Christina to copy me on all future emails to anyone involved in this issue. She refused. So, UPS doesn”t care if The UPS Store”s use their Logos, Name and Marketing Materials – they wash their hands of anything the franchises do in the name of UPS. The UPS Store buries you in an endless phone tree loop designed to wear you out and make you give up. The UPS Store Franchise Owner is quick to take your money and then become Missing In Action when their employees take advantage of, and lie to, customers. So when you hear “What Can Brown Do For You Today” you might want to change it to “What Can Brown Do TO You Today.” Because taking care of the customer is not the priority; taking advantage of the customer and taking their money is number one priority. I have emailed [protected]@upsstore.com but hold little hope, if any, that a real person will read it and get back to me with a solution. Unfortunately, this Unethical Behavior from all three entities forces people to do one of two things: 1. Give up and kiss your money goodbye. 2. I had a package delivered to the UPS store at 5758 Geary Blvd. in San Francisco. It was delivered there on 9/8, I was sent a notification that it was picked up on 9/9. I called immediately the UPS number listed and they called the store to see what happened. They said they believed the package was just misplaced and they would look for it. I went to the store on 9/12 to pick it up. They couldn”t find it and when they went to look it up on the computer they said it was picked up by me. I said I did not pick it up and didn”t they check the i.d. of the person that did take it? Since I had picked up a package the previous week they looked at the signatures and sure enough they did not match. They didn”t seem to care much that they gave my package away to the wrong person. Of the 3 people there, they each said they weren”t working that day so couldn”t say what happened. There were no apologies, no help whatsoever. They told me to go and call UPS and put in a claim. What kind of service is that? Since my credit card info is on the receipt in the package, I had to call and have my account closed and new card issued and have tell them to put in a claim to UPS about the loss package. This is really crappy customer service, I would have had a better chance if I had had my package left on my doorstep. There was absolutely no accountability. I believe there should be some type of restitution.

I had my entire christmas shipped to the store and was going to pick it up Saturday afternoon when I recieved the last notice that my packages were in. I get there at 3:40 (knowing they close at 5) and they closed early. My entire christmas packages were inside. There was a sign that they closed early for the holidays. As a box renter, I would think I would have been informed since I get packages there all the time. I live minutes from this store and I get there to a sign on the door that they closed early and my entire christmas inside. I have nothing for under the tree until I go out Christmas eve (what I was trying to avoid) and rebuy what I can and have all the packages returned when they open after christmas. I dont understand how UPS can close early on one of the busiest seasons of the year – and without some kind of warning!!! I got an email today that the last of my packages were in. There was nothing in that email that they were closing early. I arrive and hour and a half later (3:40) and they were closed. This is so wrong!!! They need to make it right!!!

I had shipped a package to my son in FT. Campbell, KY. on February 29, 2018. The package never made it to its destination. I contacted customer service and they stated they will put a claim on it and attempt to find my package. After a week went by I called again and they said they are still looking for it at the warehouse. The last tracking made of the package was scanned in Hopkinsville, KY. and it was loaded on the delivery truck on March 6, 2018. After a couple of days, my son and myself called agian and they stated they cant find it and that my package might had fallen off the truck. They submitted some paperwork for me to get paid 100.00 dls for the inconvenience and apoligy for loosing my package. Well, I believe that they never attempted to locate my package in a big warehouse. They were hoping somebody would find a lost package somewhere in the warehouse and scan it to see if it was my lost package. Now, I am told to go to the store in El Paso, TX. (#1944) to fill out my claim. But now they want actual reciepts of my lost property otherwise they wont pay me back for their negligance of loosing my property. My property was worth about 137.00dls and all they are going to give is 100.00dls. and not even pay me back my shipping charge of 18.00dls. I had the packet for my birth certificate notarized and it was sent out and got it back so I took it back to the UPS store to find out where to pay the rest of the money I owe and the lady I talked to made me feel like I was stupid and dumb about what I was asking her to help me and that is poor customer service. I had wanted to surpise my husband with a fruit basket. So I had went to the UPS Store to ship it out to him because I thought that they would be cheaper. Well here, they charged me $42.33 just to send a small fruit basket, but I did not mind the price as long as it had got there on time. I had justed wanted to surpise my husband. Almost one week later, the package still did not arrive. So I had contact the company and they said that the tracking address was wrong. I handed over a time sensitive travel document to be shipped overnight first class to UPS Store at the 42935 Ryan Rd, Brambleton, VA-20146 store on Thursday afternoon for Friday delivery. The package was not delivered as of Saturday and when I went the store, the guy Erich(most arrogant guy I ever saw) was so rude not to help with my package tracking or answer questions on how the handover process works, stated he does not know if UPS guy picked up the package or not and he is not responsible???, and threatened to call the cops if I stay there to ask more questions.. all this to Simone who needs to travel next week and the travel document is lost now.. I have a major problem! I was in the UPS Store in Waynesboro PA on Friday June 23rd around 5:10pm and waited at the counter for about 10 mins and no one ever came out to help me! I honestly do not think this is a good impression on a business to make customers stand at the counter for longer the 5 mins. will never come to this business again. I have been a customer at this UPS for almost 10yrs. I was one of the first mail box renters when the store officially opened in Cedar Hill, Texas. The current owner of the UPS store does NOT care about the appearance of the store and has dirty carpet that seems to be rarely vacuumed or shampooed. My main concern is that my mail is delivered weeks after arriving to facility. I have called and complained to the store owner several times and he assured me that mail is placed in boxes daily. This is not true. I own a medical practice and most of the checks i received from insurance companies are mailed to me. I have looked at the date stamp on these envelopes as well as dates on enclosed invoice. The dates are usually 2weeks prior.!!! This is very disheartening. The only reason I have not changed addresses is the tedious process of changing address with an insurance carrier. They will sometimes ask for phone interview. However, I will be forced to do so very soon because i have thousands of dollars in checks sitting in the UPS store waiting to be placed in my box. Totally unacceptable. Owner does not care and tells me mail is delivered daily.

I have been going through the Mankato, MN UPS store for different wedding items since November. JP is the gentleman I have been working with and I have been waiting for wedding foils with specific wording on it since November. I have had to repeatedly call or stop in and ask for them and he keeps having excuses for why they aren”t in. I”m assuming he doesn”t actually do what customers are asking and has excuses to why things aren”t done. They were supposed to be in yesterday and I stopped in and he Lady at the desk had no idea what I was talking about and JP was not there. I received a voicemail from him today wondering why I didn”t stop and get them and I returned the call stating he lost my business because there is no reason this has taken so long, he then tried to tell me that most people have to put down a deposit for any print jobs and was trying to turn the story around on why he did not complete his job. He never ONCE asked me for a deposit because I would have gladly did that, I also ordered wedding detail cards from him a few months ago and was never asked to put a deposit down And these also took along time to get from him. He is a very poor at his job, a poor business man, and terrible with communication with customers and co workers. I would suggest bringing taking care of this problem before you lose more business. If he is supposed to get a deposit from customers from all print jobs he is not doing so, or even asking. I have been taking my business to Dane Lynch for a year now and I always bring in my packages wrapped and preprinted Label already sent to him as he instructed. I am always kind, sweet and more then happy to pay for any services I am using, this is a business and I am respectful of that. He has lost many of my packages and he told me it wasn”t his problem. I went back after going elsewhere and again, I was always kind and pulling out my wallet to pay for the tape he would have me buy and have me tape up my own boxes and attach my labels to the boxes as well. I didn”t complain. Tonight my husband and I went in with 2 boxes. There were a lot of customers in for Xmas and I passed him then boxes and said “I sent you the 2 Darlin oh and I forgot the tape I bought yesterday so can you guys just tape it up and I”ll pay for it of course”.. he was shaking and his eyes looked all wide and crazy, like he was smoking crack and he said to me “well since you never pay for anything then you can pay for the tape”. I thought he was trying to be funny because nothing he said was based on reality. When I asked him why he was being so rude and that I always pay for the services there, he told me to take my business elsewhere and threw down another roll of tape for me to buy. I was in shock! This stranger who lost over 3 packages of mine without remorse and whom I have been kind to and paid is now treating me like a piece Of crap in front of all he customers. I won”t go into what he said but he every word and body movement was violent and he was scary as hell. My husband who is 6″2 and a hot head was speachless. I have never ever been treated so disrespectfully by anyone, let alone a stranger who was given the name Dane Lynch by the same mommy who gave him this business which encourages his talent for sitting on his ever expanding [censor]. This guy has so many issues and all of them are potentially life threatening to someone. I am going to file complaint after complaint on this giant boy.. I have read the numerous complaints against him over the years and they sound exactly like mine except I didn”t call the cops yet but he is a danger and ticking time bomb. I was so scared That I am still shaking and it happened over an hour ago. My fear now is for other women.. for him to attack me and there is no doubt that”s exactly what it was.. an attack.. if he could do that to me in front of all His customers for no reason and escalated even though I wasn”t attacking back.. makes me fear for any woman who Crosses his path.. if he is willing to do that at his business then he has no bounderies and that is dangerous. This is not the first complaint against Dane Lynch and his “business” and honestly.. his complaints all border on criminal behavior.. he should not be allowed to run this store and the UPS should disassociate themselves from this liability for its only a matter of time before he hurts someone.

I have been using this UPS STore for years – 1st when it was on Armitage ave- and then when it firsthand moved to Clyborne Ave. Generally the service has been awesome, helpful and freindly . After A recent experience I asked the employee for contact information for the store owner or management . he refused to provid3e the information. When I asked for his name he refused to provide thats as well. He is a recent new-ish hire – At least I have not seen him before – A guy with a dark mustache – ( I am in there about 3/4 times a month ) . This guy was surly, and behaved as though he was doing me a faovr . he seemed miserable, and unhappy to be there. I thought you should know . It”s a shame really !

I have given a post at UPS Store at Bellevue(#1477) on January 3rd 2017 to deliver it to Chicago. It was meant to deliver to one of my friend in Chicago, he is planning to travel India on Jan 12th. I checked in the store, and they confirmed that the post will be delivered within Jan 10 if I”m paying it via First class mail service. I paid them for the First class mail service and i got the tracking number [protected]. Also I have mentioned to directly put the post in his mail box without waiting for him to sign it. UPS store transfer this packet to USPS service for delivery. When I”m checking it via online, it showed me the carrier as USPS. When I track it online, I see that USPS tried to deliver the package, but it requires a signature on their end to deliver that. At that time, my friend was in office and they left a notice without deliver the package. I called UPSStore office several times, and they said they cannot do anything. I tried to contact USPS customer care service for almost all day and no one is picking up the call. Then I used their online facility for request redelivery option. I used the redelivery option twice in their website clearly mentioned that if they are trying for delivery on Saturday or Sunday, friend will be available in room and he can sign and get the packet. Otherwise it should be kept in postbox, but nothing has happened for 2 weeks, and then they try to deliver after 3 weeks and again returned back. Now the status showing is returned to sender and is in their Palantine distribution center from Feb 1st week onwards. From USPS, no one is responding to any kind of enquiries. When checked with the UPS Store Bellevue, they are saying they can”t do anything in this case.

I have ordered a product from Apple, 21st of September was the delivery date. On friday, ups made a change on delivery date from 21st to 24st which is fine. A couple of hours later on website they change the delivery time again to 21st. It’s ok to change delivery date, there might be an issue I am totally fine with it but I have an agenda I have to know which day Ups will deliver package. At the end I contacted to customer support through twitter and your representative whose tag name is ^LG was rude and was disrespectful to a ups customer, this person didn’t even answer my pm when I answer to this person in a negative way about their fault, this person just answered the mention because I was right, you can not response a customer like that.

I have renewal the Mailbox store for a few years. New events that are very concerned: March last weeks: I got to pick my books. A bad customer (black dark hair) mocked me over my wording (since he is a Spanish anyway), and went away from the mailbox; The other GOOD CUSTOMER (dirt-blounde hair, English) could understand, and convey my mailing from me; On March 22nd: I went to pick up my mailing as always. I was on the queue, but his bad customer made me stop my mailing to make a deliver for another store customer. So, I had to wait for this bad guy; “An Eye on an Eye”: Since the bad guy made me another unpleasant on the store, I told me, “You are an a[censor]”; So, that is. He go another coin… After his bad guy argument, and I got my other mailing from the good guy, until I check it out the mailing (other while eBay, Amazon, etc, will have to complain about that UPS Store, again), when I was leaving from the store, that bad guy go to his car, and “hide” or concealed” his GUN on the UPS 1541 store; I left go fast on the driveway to see what that bad guy was about to; The Police, FBI, etc must check this guy, since this bad guy is a week unstable mind, revengeful person, and likely he made use a GUN; March 24th (11:45AM): Since I mostly use by bike to pick up my books, this bad again, even I said “good morning”, but he just stare over me, and with a hiding GUN under the counter for him; The good guy pick up my books, and mentioned that some of my books were VIOLATED (opened) by eBay & Amazon books from UPS Store 1541; Anyway, I glanced at the opened books, checked it out, and signed on UPS store; One books was sealed; Police should be check it out about UPS Store 1541, since that bad guy profile is revengefulness. I will not go to that UPS store 1541, unless there are more than two walk-in customers. No way! Check his gun on his UPS store, or on his car.
