Secured services with thrifty auto transport on April 6, 2015 with a down payment to transport two vehicles from AZ to NC. After several calls I was finally told on April 23, 2015 that they were unable to secure transport and in order to get a refund I would have to send an email requesting cancellation of services and a refund. Complied as told and waited for my refund. On April 28, 2015 I called back to check on the refund and was told that the company had under bid the cost of the transport and that was why they could m not get a transporter and that I should be given a refund and to expect a call from a rep. On May 6, 2015 at 10:34am I called the back because I had not received a call from them. I was then told that I needed to speak with someone from the finance department but that person was out of the office and would call me back. I called back at 11:39am and spoke with another rep who again told me that I was in fact due a refund and that I should expect an email by the end o of the day in regards to my refund and to expect my refund in 2-3 days. On May 15, 2015 at 3:01pm I called back because I had not received a refund. I spoke to a finance rep and was told that they would be mailing a check out that day or the next day. On June 2, 2015 I found out that the company had changed phone numbers. After doing some internet research I also found out that the address listed for the company had been changed. I then called the number I found and spoke with the same rep I had spoken too previously and was transferred to another rep who was unavailable. I left a voicemail. On June 5, 2015 I spoke to the rep that I delt with before and he asked if he could call me back after he did some research. After an hour I did not receive a call so I called him back and was asked could he call me back in 5 min. As of June 6, 2015 I had not heard from him and I called back to the company @ 12:23pm. I was told he was out of the office and could they take a message. At 3:08pm I called back because I had not received a call back. I was then transferred to a voicemail where I left a message and have not received a call back. On June 12, 2015 I called back and spoke to a different rep who took down my complaint name and number and said she would have a finance rep call me back later that day. As of today I have not received a call back from anyone from this company and have began to explore other options for obtaining my refund. I have been very perfessional and given the company several opportunities to right this wrong. .
