9/19/17 I ordered a few items I purchased online because if there were problems, the items could be returned to the Tacoma mall Steele St location . I purchased two pairs of shoes, a few necklaces, and a dress, I love Tilly”s but a pair of boots that I ordered did not work at all. I tried wearing them to work and the zippers woudn”t stay zipped so it was giving me problems at work. I went into the store to return the item and the cashier told me because I wore them, they couldn”t be refunded. She offered the mangers explanation but he said the same thing. I was very upset and tried to defend myself by saying that I didn”t even get to wear them a full day at work. I”m a hairdresser and there was just a little hair on it. It still had the stickers on underneath the shoes, and I had to change into my gym shoes in the middle of work because the zipper kept rubbing down my heels and it made it very uneasy to walk. I left without the boots because I was furious. All I want is a full refund of the boots and a change with how customers are being treated. I don”t even get greeted when entering the store anymore. What ever happened to customer service?
