Timepayment is big rippoff company. Dont ever bother to get lease your equipment from them . This company we found from our best buddy his name is ” Jerry” for the leasing of my alignment machine.Well everything gone well up to MAy 2014.They set up automatic payment set up for 1044.76 eveymonth , In May I called their customer service number to ask the status of my payments. They told me 2 of the payments left over, I told them to I want to purchase the Alignment rack, They said ok fair market value is $2264. We will take the money out of your account and will close the account, I was impression to account being closed in 3 months, But what happen ! They did not close the account and kept charging me 1044 evermonth up to Jan 2015. I called at 01/29/2015 and asked the status like why my account still being charged for the $1044 payment ? They said oh you did not pay us in May for the payoff amount so your account atuomatiocally gone through the rental equipment program . Wow .What a Joke!!!!
