The author who does not even have the guts to leave his name is completely full of crap. My name is Sean Austin and I am the one in the complaint above who owns Timeshare Advocacy International. If you read his complaint closely you will notice that he states his grandmother was scammed by my company but he signs it "Very upset son"? Doesn’t make sense. I have checked every case we have had in the last 5 years and we cannot find one case that even comes close to matching what this complaint describes. Additionally, why would they not identify themselves so we can resolve the problem? Why would they not complaint to the BBB or the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs? Lastly, we would not accept any client who has dementia and we do not take cases where the client cannot represent themselves. I believe this to be the work of a disgruntled ex-employee that was fired. Sean Austin, CEO Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC
