Timeshare Exit Team has still not been able to get me out of my timeshare deal and this has been for more than one year now. Me and my wife got ourselves a timeshare deal four years ago to start living up our lives more and have more holidays and what not. We used up all our points in the first year. The second year it became more difficult to manage and in the third year, we decided to get out of the deal and save a little more. That’s when we got in touch with Timeshare Exit Team for getting out of this deal and look for transfer of the deal to a potential buyer. I had spoken to them about the situation and they were very polite and assured me that they could get me a great exit deal and that it would not take a lot of time. I never believe in sales pitches and I did not believe in this one either. I knew that the whole thing was going to take at least about six to seven months. They went on to be one year and even more now. And these have not been easy months for us. The people at Timeshare Exit Team would not be easy to contact and they are not responsive enough. I would initially mail them around once a month and they would reply around a week or so later. After the first four months, the replies stopped coming. Then I started calling and it would usually be a very long hold to get one of the managers to speak to. But it’s just not enough. Timeshare Exit Team may be great at their work but they should do a much better job at responding and communicating with their clients.
