I went in not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised up front by the polite way of treatment and their professionalism. But I was a little disappointed by the time it took for the whole procedure and also the higher rates on loans. I must say that they really do give you time when you go in there and want to talk to them. And they don’t seem to do it because they have to, but rather because they want to. I examined them how I needed some cash for a certain project I was undertaking. I am planning to buy some tools for my home garage and spend some time with my car. The representative spoke about my car and did have a conversation with me about how to maintain them and which one she loved and everything. It felt good and seemed to have a friendly touch. I was quite comfortable in talking to her. I left feeling very positive when she said at the end that with my credit score and financial background, I would be approved for the loan. And yet, it took quite long. I did follow up a few times, and while they did respond each time, they had the same answer each time too, it would be done soon. It took close to seven weeks for the procedure to be completed and get my approval. I was also told that rates that will be applicable will be slightly higher than what I had been informed earlier. I was quite disappointed by this. They explained to me why this happened but this did upset my calculations. I got the amount in my account and am paying it back regularly, but there will always be a little bit of disappointment about the time and the rates.
