A friend of mine was really disappointed with their services and actually, it took me about four days to convince him to tell me about them because he never wanted to talk about it due to the experience he had with them but finally, I managed to convince him. My friend had a problem with his Sump Pump hence, therefore, he needed it to be worked on. He visited them in person, on his arrival there he found some staff who were just seated idle. He expected a warm reception from what he was told by his friends about Toledo Basement Repair. He was never greeted by any of the staff who were there, but instead, he decided to greet them by himself. He expected a nice response, only them to respond to the greeting as if they were disturbed.
He sat on the first desk to enquire more about the issue he had concerning his Sump Pump, the staff received a call of which he took long on the call, my friend had to wait for about 20 minutes still he could not end the call, he decided to move to the next staff who again told him to wait until he could finish taking his tea. He was forced to wait there over forty-five minutes to be served. They seemed to be unprofessional. If it was me I could have even reacted because I get angry very fast. But as form him, he remained calm but he was disappointed by that. He explained his issue to them and also asked about the charges. The charges were a bit expensive but they negotiated and agreed on a fair price to him. He was told that they had a busy schedule thus he was forced to wait for almost a month. He made the payments prior he left there. The period he was given that was one month ended he never saw any staff, he had to call them and asked them what had caused the delay. One of the staffs picked the call, he sounded to be rude and told him he should wait for about two weeks and immediately hung up the call.
After one month and two weeks, that’s when Joe went to assess his Sump Pump and recommended the wrong products. JD came with the product and he was unable to install his new Sump pump and dehumidifier. They never answered all his questions. Be warned of these people and their services, I highly don’t recommend them.
