I purchases 3 camera batteries from their eBay store that did not arrive. I communicated this to them and they offered to send replacements using tracking. They stressed that it would be resolved and asked me not to lodge a dispute on eBay. Foolishly I believed them and did not lodge a dispute. I was happy with this and offered to pay the extra if the original batteries. However as well as not sending my original order they did not send the replacements using registered post. I have written off my purchase and obtained the batteries from an honest business instead. This is the first time I have been scammed by a dishonest eBay seller in many years! Their and my communications on eBay are below from newest to oldest.
