I ordered a set of Blu Ray DVD’s on 12/24/14..The charge to my credit card was $115.94.. I have not received the items and I get no replies to the 5 or 6 emails I’ve written to ask about my order.. All I got is a sales confirmation email stating my order will be shipped soon and that I will receive another email with the tracking info…I never recd. the tracking email/info. I looked online and after a long search,I found a phone number for this company..I called the no.twice and both times the automated response was “this is an invalid number”.. Nobody will answer my emails!! I finally called my credit card co. and will be filing a dispute..I am assured by my credit card customer service that I will be refunded…Customer service said maybe,just maybe,ToonDVD’s got backed up with the holidays…I don’t think so.. Why did’nt I get a reply to even one of the many emails I sent? Why is the phone no.invalid? and Why did they put in for payment and not send me any further notices about my order? Be VERY careful with this company!!! it’s online orders mostly but I believe they have their company based in Oakland,Ca..and they operate under the 2 names online!!!
