Good day. I had medical aid in 2015 with Topmed. Comprehensive cover and received authorization for hospital submission for giving birth. The aid didn’t pay the hospital in full and now I’m blacklisted due to that account. I lost my baby 14days after birth, due to “wiggie dood” so I was devastated. We had a rough time, I didn’t went back to work and never received calls or messages about this account… This was the last on my mind. Now Topmed refuse to pay the account that I feel is unfair as my medical aid was paid every month. I did my part, now it is there responsibility. Please can someone assist me to get this done as this is not the first time trying to sort this out.
