Shopping at ceasars bay plaza located at bay ridge avenue in Brooklyn. As i walk out of toys rus on a Saturday durin Memorial Day weekend my car is no where to be found! A thug fat guy walks up to me and says your car has even towed! Wtf! It’s me an my four kids stranded here on this lot! I complained beggiNg for my car and he says that I have been gone for more than an hour and I stepped of the premises to get icecream for my kids! Needless to say once I step off their lot I’m automatically charge a whipping 250 dollars! As we wait for our ride to get my car they are towing away other cars nearby! as we approached the car towing company of course they are closed on a Saturday! A guy gets out from their tow truck and asks me to pay 200 dollars for my car back! He confirms this with another guy across the street that is Alsatian in another tow truck but same company tow wreckers! He says they prefer cash and if I want a receipt it’ll cost me more!! Needless to say I had to scrap 200 of my weekly grocery to pay these unprofessional thugs who will threaten any innocent person for their money and point us out that we are the criminals here! I will not be returning back to this this plaza again and they will get my report !!!this is illegal towing people
