A 2008 Kia Optima was taken to Toyota of Dallas for a blown head gasket back in December of 2014. When I received the car back there was a dent in the left front fender. It was admitted that one of their technicians hit an object. It was repaired by Toyota of Dallas, however, when the car was delivered the paint did not come close to matching the rest of the car. I then had to have a body shop repaint the fender and was asking for Toyota of Dallas to reimburse the charges. While driving the car less than 100 miles after getting it back from Toyota of Dallas the car threw a piston through the block. After paying Toyota of Dallas $1,123.24 for the head gasket, body shop $150.00 to repaint the fender, it now needs an engine. I reached out to Eric Sanchez by phone and never got a call back to discuss if Toyota of Dallas would be willing to help with the charges. On January 30, 2015 I then emailed Eric and to this day still have not gotten a response. After about 3 weeks, I decided to contact Darrin Dortch the General Manager of Toyota of Dallas and to this day still no word from anybody from Toyota of Dallas .
