I have over 22 years of experience helping people learn the skills to help them overcome what can seem like the most impossible and scary problems.My expertise is with severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, major depressive disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Addiction and/or trauma often walk hand in hand with these. Anxiety and depression are also problems I frequently see and treat.Let me tell you what strength and courage it takes to ask for help.
