Excuse the ambiguity. We’ve seen companies on ROReport get harsh backlash. Traffic customer of 1-2 years Worked for-/-with with this company for 36 months prior to Traffic’s engagement Member of marketing arm when engaging the Traffic Agency for: $45,00 – $95,000 avg. annual marketing retainer $25,000 – $50,000 avg. annual paid media retainer Audit by a 3rd party consulting company, specializing in digital results auditing (8-14 month): . non-branded organic searches negative by 35.72% . . media buy total spend (ppc) increased by 12.255% with 8.76% decrease in traffic . . source code developed by outsourced web services – confirmed by hosting panel . 2 account managers and an owner/partner we worked with quit. were fired. or otherwise, no longer there . Promises not kept, a big X in our book. We referred a colleague to Traffic at first time of engagement. Bad referal led to a broken relationship with this colleague after 3 years working together. 1 traffic employee expressed intent to leave and join our staff, we declined. Very unsatisfied. Poor Investment. Management and account team should reconsider expectations set. .
