Airfare was booked by Travel Help Desk with wrong connecting flight. When I tried to resolve this numerous times before my travel date, I was told their agent did not error on the booking and any change would result in additional fees for a new flight. I have printed “chat room “electronic data documents with their agent “Aiken” along with e mail communications that prove of the error that Aiken made. Brielle at Travel Help Desk Management would not help in resolving this matter. In order to make it to my scheduled meeting I had to call United Airlines and have the correction made for my connecting flight. This cost me an additional $ 320.00 I have sent all of the communications to Travel Help Desk to prove their error, and ask to be compensated for $ 320.00 . They have never responded to any of my emails.

Dear Sir/Mam: On April 3, 2019, I purchased the round trip ticket KBNEFP from Dominica to San Juan. You can see the details below. When I returned on April 13th, I found out at the gate when boarding my Air Antilles flight that I did not have a valid ticket. In fact, after investigating with the airline representative, we discovered that my return ticket had been electronically cancelled due to Traveler Help Desk not purchasing the ticket within the time frame allotted. There were no other flight options available Saturday afternoon. A supervisor named Nina was able to book me on a flight leaving the following day (Sunday, April 14th). Due to the error by the Travelers Help Desk rep who handled the ticket purchase, I had to spend the night in San Juan waiting for the flight out the following afternoon. My hotel bill came to $200.41 and a small dinner sandwich of $12.47. Both my overnight stay in a hotel and one small meal were directly caused by your negligence in completing the ticket purchase properly. I am asking for reimbursement of the hotel and sandwich for a total of $212.88. If you choose not to pay this amount I will go to the next level. To me it is the principle of what happened and the idea that as a company you feel you can get by without having to pay the consequences of your error. I will fight this to the end. Kennedy John is the last person I spoke with and he told me he was the highest ranking individual in your office. He told me that you would not be able to reimburse my hotel expense nor my meal receipt. I spoke to a number of individuals this past week. I am most disappointed in Nina as she told me Saturday afternoon (April 13th) that she would send me an email that I could reply to with my hotel and meal receipt. This never happened. She never responded to my phone calls and my request to speak with her throughout this past week. You need to fire this person as soon as possible if you care about the reputation of your company. I expect to receive a reply to this email in the next 48 hours. My next step is to file complaints with the BBB and with a number of sites on the internet for companies such as yours. Good afternoon. Today, July 2, 2019, I was booking a flight for my son, Xavier Ortiz Franco, confirmation #SZX92P, and while doing so the system froze. I had to redo the reservation from the start. After finally completing the reservation and submitting the same, I chatted with an agent to see when I would be receiving the itinerary and boarding passes for my son and to my surprise, she told me that the price had increased. It went from $458.96 to $508.85. That is an increase of $49.89. Please note that due to a name error on my part the total cost of the ticket is actually $593.85. I am extremely upset as I am being penalized for a systems issue. If the system hadn”t frozen I would have been charged $458.96. I consider the increase very unfair. The system should have at least flagged that the price had increased before booking. I am requesting that the $458.96 (plus the $85 charge to correct the name) be honored and therefore, have a credit issued to my credit card for the amount of $49.89. Great start !! Booked low rate Qantas domestic flight from Sydney to Melbourne flying on 25th April 2016 for only $119 USD spoke to an agent named Hayden which was not a real name at first place then after booking my flight he sends me an e mail and asked me to click on link for acknowledgment which i did straightway. To my shocker later that night i saw there were two charges of $119 USD processed from my account instead of only one and on top of that travel insurance with Global Allianz was also done on my ticket without my consent. I called these guys few times and then finally get hold of the same agent Hayden after 2-3 days and he assures me that duplicate reservation has been cancelled and charges are refunded back and travel insurance is also refunded great i thought now everything is sorted out guess what. Called them again just one day before my flight to confirm if everything is been done, nothing was done and to totally piss me off that unprofessional agent also cancelled my original booking with Quantas so finally i had no booking to fly from Sydney to Melbourne and money has already been taken from my account what a big scam company it is. Then i spoke to another agent and he asked me to pay another money to book one more flight from Sydney to Melbourne. So, i already paid them more then $300 AUD and i don”t have a flight yet. Hello there, My name is sumit gajurel. I never thought the tickets i bought from you could make me in so much of trouble. I had got two way ticket from your agent from china southern. I went successfully but while coming back i went to the airport and they told me that i need visa of china in order to get the flight. Then they cancelled my flight. I had to go back home in pain because my classes would be missed for that week. Then i called your agent and they got me new ticket but said that i had to pay extra 1400 dollars. Again it was the matter of my classes and i was almost depressed and again agreed to pay that amount. Just one way ticket cost me more than 2200 dollars plus 1200 dollars that i paid for my two way ticket just for the economy flight. This was worst experience of my life. I talked to a guy that had similar case and his agent agreed to pay his extra cost back that he had paid after cancellation. It was not my fault since i went to airport on time. Your company should be responsible for it because you should not had issued the ticket if you dont know the rules of immigration. Hello! My name is Nina Krakovna, I am from Toronto, Canada. December 3rd 2018. I had a very bad experience today buying a ticket from your company. Flight WW214, Toronto – Reykjavik, March 1st 2019. Confirmation # M8D62Q The agent’s name was Bryce Wilson. He claimed that the deal was the best in terms of price. He said that the ticket will cost $199 USD. I asked how much I would pay in CAD and he said the company offers very good conversion rate and I will pay $216 CAD for the ticket. I bought the ticket. In an hour my credit card had a pending bill for $272 CAD Also, during the booking process Bryce DID NOT inform me that flying with WOW Air I have to pay baggage fee for my small suitcase. I spent a half of a day calling customer support number [protected] and spoke with four agents : 1. Veronika said that she will make Bryce to call me in 10 min. I waited and waited for hours – in vain.. 2.Sage – after I started explaining my situation the call was disconnected. 3. Hendrik – said he is transferring me to Bryce and then there was nothing on the line except noise. 4.Kathy – did the same and I finally got to talk to Bryce again. Obviously, he was busy selling ‘cheap” tickets to gullible customers. Bryce put me on hold for several minutes just to answer a simple question about the baggage fee. Finally he said He will add $35CAD to my bill. So, it was not a cheap ticket after all! He did not explain why he misled me with the cost of the ticket in CAD and DID NOT inform me about the baggage fee. I asked him to cancel my booking because of misleading information and unfair practices. More minutes on hold and he said NO. But he promised to add my baggage to my ticket. Bryce did nothing and on Dec 5th I called again – agent Neil picked up – I asked him to add my baggage fee to my ticket but he said Bryce Wilson will call me and do it. Bryce never called. I am a well traveled person and first time in my life I had such a great disappointment buying a ticket. I feel trapped . I am not sure now the ticket is real! I bought a ticket on December 31st 2017 for $159.00 for my son confirmation UX38EG with American airlines I never got a email letting me know there was a problem with my transaction until 3 hours before . It was to late because I was already on my way to the airport. I did not get to see the email until I got back from the airport. They said there was a problem with my credit card but the transaction was never made. When I got to the airport my son could not fly because there was not reservation for him. I called them back so they gave me another flight for the same day for for $227.00 I called them back 5 minutes later to confirm my credit card and they said it was to late for that price. So they ended up charging me $377 for the same flight. I tried to cancel and they said there was a fee for $100 if I did cancel. It seems to me that they use any excuse to over charged me. Other services give you 24 hours to cancel the ticket but this one does not give you even 5 minutes to even confirm the credit card. Prices keep going us as minutes go by. Advise for everybody. Do not buy from this travel help desk It was my first time and my worst experience and of course my last time too.

I used TravelerHelpDesk, because my husband used it and saved money on a ticket off published internet fares. Well the (offshore phone bank non-native speaking difficult-to-understand) employee saved me money from the fares I could find that night, but booked a ticket for a night later than I wanted to travel, a mistake I didn”t notice because he read me days in numbers rather than days of the week, and I was booking late at night while tired, a mistake. When I noticed the mistake, however, and called back, the employee insisted that that the mistake was mine–as if I would have deliberately booked a flight for a day AFTER the event I wanted to attend, while booking my hotel and car rental on the correct date. Then he informed me that it would cost me so much to change the original ticket (more than $400 on top of the $397 i had paid) that I should just throw out the original ticket and book another one through him for the bargain price of $530, while meanwhile the internet was showing round trips for $410. I called the airline directly, who agreed I couldn”t rebook for the night I wanted at a price that made sense, but who also t old me that the actual face value of the ticket in their system was $110 LESS than I paid TravelHelpDesk for it. What a complete screw up. So, I am arriving a day late, losing $175 on a hotel room and car rental, and I will NEVER EVER use this b******t service again. Buyer beware.
