[Ticket #2862357] Refunding my money LA to NADI Fiji. I cancelled on October 6. After canceling this business booking I received an email from Travelgenio setting out the costs of canceling including fees. I have not received the agreed refund for this trip yet. It’s been over 4 weeks. The airline refunded Travelgenio within 3 days. I know this because I called them and asked. Why does Travelgenio delay in passing on my refund.
