Decided to order something from Trendsgal, that was my first time buying from them. Unfortunately whole experience was a total nightmare and I’m not impressed with them. I was charged $40.70. This is just one example there are many more. Mostly everything that I order is at a very low price but, I”m being over charged for them. I would like for you to look over the orders that I placed but, I know that they are going to remove the items and try to cover themselves. Most of the time when I order from their company I order things at very low prices because the shipping and handling is so high. Even when you make small orders you are being charged a fortune for it and that”s not right and in the eye sight of god you cannot make anything right for doing people wrong. I accidentally found TrendsGal website and decided to give it a try. But that was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I made an order in early January and received nothing yet. I bought a crop top and a pencil skirt. They were both supposed to be one size but when I received the top and tried it on it would not cover even half of my breasts. And the picture for the skirt online showed it as smooth but the one that I got was ruffled. Neither item was what I expected. I contacted the support team and they told me that I would only get 85% of my money back if I returned it. I told them that I would no longer buy from them and they would get a bad review if I did not get a FULL refund. They have since told me that I will get a full refund. It is just to much of a hassle to shop from this company and it takes way to long for the items to be shipped out. I waited almost 2 months to get my items. I don’t understand why didn’t I spent some time on reading the reviews before I made an order. I really hate ordering from China because not only does it take forever to receive, but also sizes are way too small, and usually quality is very poor. Nothing looks like the pictures they advertise. I followed customer service instructions by sending photos to prove items were destroyed. The clothing items are poorly made. I made my order with Trendsgal last June 7, 2016 and paid P 8618.35. I ordered 24 dresses for me and my daughter thinking that since they were very nice and of high quality as they were so nice in the pictures. June 17, 2016, a courier came and asked me to pay P1, 500 for customs duties. I had no choice but to pay. I then opened my package and lo and behold, there were only 19 items on it and it was stated in the commercial invoice. I ordered and paid for 24 items. Only 19 arrived. When I checked the clothes, they were of sooooo looooow quality, so thin and flimsy and the stitches were so haphazardly made. Clothes like these are only worth 50 pesos each. some of them were even ripped off.

I ordered 6 pairs of pants and 5 out of the 6 were damaged. All damaged items received have a discoloration and stain marks on each pair . The sawing is awful with extra strings and thread hanging off through out each pair as well. I have been trying to contact this company for a long time through customer support online and by phone. I ordered something and paid for it through PayPal. Since I paid extra for shipping they promised to deliver my stuff within 5 days. The next day I received a message from TrendsGal saying they didn”t receive money. But their website showed that the order was paid for. I asked them some questions about me order, but it seemed like they don”t understand anything. 5 days passed and I called again just to hear “we didn”t receive money”. Anyway I decided to stop the payment and cancel the order. Well, these guys just lost a customer.

I paid 3.99 to be a VIP so i could download and export data to my website. It is their dropship program. It does not work. So for 3 weeks i have been asking for my refund of 3.99. They agreed but then today i got an email saying their system is unable to process refunds so they were offering me 3.99 off in coupons for my next purchase. I said HELL No, i want my refund. Why woukd i buy products from you after you burned me. I know its only 3.99 but its the principle.. any suggestions? Thxs for listening…

I placed an order for clothes on September 3rd with a company I thought was US based. I received an initial email with tracking information saying the clothes were shipping from Jamestown NY. After three weeks I started wondering where my clothes were and they kept giving me bogus tracking numbers that kept going bad until finally one thieve came halfway honest and admitted that, yes, they were a Chinese company and my clothes had shipped out from there (if they even really had at all) and I would get them if I would contact my post office or some other damn thing. I have asked for a refund and they have refused to give me one. They are nothing but thieves and liars and I assure you I would have never ordered from them if I’d known they were in China knowing the quality of Chinese merchandise and considering the fact Chinese products have been randomly killing Americans and their pets and children for the past ten years. i placed my order on or around september 5 ; 2015. this now february 13, 2016 and i have not received my order. i have e-mailed several times and i followed instructions and when i put in my ticket number and order number 3 different times;;;; they said it was the “wrong number”. i am sorely disappointed and i believe this is a “scam ” company…they took the money from my account the same i ordered it. i think they should be charged with fraud and closed down…i wouldn”t recommend trendsgal to anyone for anything except poor service!!!

I purchased a dress from TrendsGal as a Christmas present for my sister. Several weeks later I finally received the package and when I opened it I was very disappointed by their quality and workmanship. The dress looked nothing like the picture on their website, quality was disgusting, the workmanship was extremely poor and it looked cheap. So I contacted TrendsGal customer service immediately and requested a return. They promised to send me a return ticket but I never received it. I tried to call them many times but no one picked up the phone. This company is completely ridiculous! No one called, emailed or attempted to resolve the issue. It seems like they do not care about their customers and their own reputation. Not to mention, that I received the dress only two weeks ago! Horrible experience! I”ll continue leaving bad reviews everywhere I can because I just want no one else to be cheated the way I have been. Learn from my experience and the experiences of the others! I purchased a dress on November 25. I was really excited about it, because I wanted to wear that gorgeous black dress for Christmas. But, unfortunately, it never arrived. I sent them messages asking about the status of my order, but there was no response! I even tried to call, but their phone number doesn”t work! So it is impossible to contact them. But yesterday they finally updated the status of my order. I placed it almost a month ago, and only now my item is ready for shipping. I don”t need that dress anymore, so I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back. But no response again. Don”t use this website, better save your money and time.

I received the product within about a week of placing my order. Upon receiving it, I realized the huge mistake I made in ordering from trendsgal. First of all, the ‘quality’ was laughable. Their product was horribly misrepresented on their website. You wind up getting a cheap, chincey knock off of what you think you’re ordering. Second, they shorted me several pieces in my order and failed to credit my paypal account. I immediately opened up a complaint with them according to their warranty policy. After waiting several days with no response, I filed a claim with paypal. Finally, I received a response from them telling me that I needed to review the warranty policy! Such bs. After several days of communication, they agreed to refund me in full plus additional compensation for the shipping to send back to them. I mailed the package back and they’ve received it according to the customers tracking number and I have yet to receive my refund. Or any response from them. They steal your money and do not respond. Do not waste your money or time on this company!!!

I recently ordered some clothing from TrendsGal and when I finally received my order I was extremely disappointed with it. I”ve never been so disappointed with an online purchase! Everything I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I left a review, but it was immediately removed. They never answered my messages and calls, there is no way I could get in touch with someone from TrendsGal staff. The owners of this website are actually the same people who run SammyDress. Both sites are just a scam. They sell terrible quality clothes, never allow returns and these two websites have horrible customer service! If you”re thinking about ordering from either site just don”t do it!

I spent over $150 and purchased some clothes from TrendsGal website. Its been three weeks since I made an order and I received nothing yet. I swear to God I will have their entire scam company and all employees sued if I do not get what I paid for. I tried to contact them many time but it was a waste of time since they ignored all my emails and calls. They sent me a tracking number which was invalid! I really hate this company! The only thing they care about is stealing peoples money. Absolute scammers!
