There’s no willing staff to assist customers and no friendly staff to inform you of the car deals at Tricolor Auto Group. I am not impressed with the presentation of car deal agreements and of the useless staff members who sat and drank coffee and didn’t attend to me and other customers.
I didn’t feel welcomed at the entrance of the offices and waited an hour to have someone attend to my needs for paperwork. I filled in a few forms and couldn’t fill three other forms and had no assistance in filling in these forms.
These people didn’t bother to get up and assist in filling in forms and to hand it to the main office. I felt neglected by the lazy staff who stared at me and didn’t offer to help with anything I asked.
I felt disappointed with the attitude received from Tricolor Auto Group.
Forms were filled in and I went back to the company when they called to fill in other details which I felt was unnecessary to a car deal agreement.
The process at Tricolor Auto Group carried on for weeks and nobody told me of the high prices I had to pay on the agreement. Upfront fees of stamps and the documentation required money and the rate charges are a rip-off.
I didn’t know of that and had no choice but to pay it. I paid fees I had no idea of, and I had paid it with no hassle, and it caused stress and frustration for this procedure to continue without other charges.
I couldn’t continue with the paperwork and filling in of forms for many weeks, and the high charges of upfront fees upset me there’s no good of it. I paid in the hope to have a deal agreement s and didn’t work for me.
I decided to quit the agreement and move to another company for proper plans for a car purchase but I couldn’t because I had already paid a hefty sum. I still went ahead but lost a considerable amount as they refused to release any refunds. This long and boring deal agreement didn’t make me feel satisfied with company policies and of the poor quality of cars sold to customers.
There’s nothing that gave me solid evidence of excellent working staff at the company.
They weren’t useful, helpful, assisting customers, and didn’t try to make a customer’s day feel pleased with the purchase of a new car.
I didn’t walk out with a confident mind and didn’t feel happy to have gone through complicated issues with paperwork at Tricolor Auto Group.
Nobody went the extra mile to make customers feel great. My experience doesn’t allow me to recommend Tricolor Auto Group, for every negative point I had there. You won’t be satisfied with customer’s services and of all other services at this car dealership. It is a disgrace to treat customers with disrespect and an unwelcome atmosphere. I wasn’t impressed at the laziness of staff at Tricolor Auto Group.
