Was offered discount coupons to Alligiant Air in 6/2014 if I gave this service a trail. I did. When I attempted to use service, wait time was outrageous, cound not get service. I called to cancel, was counseled by a “great sales person” who spoke well of the product, but the product did not prove itself to me. I cancelled the service. 7 months later I see that I am being billed monthly. The customer service agent said she could cancel now but could only refund 1 month as i did not have my “cancellation code” from my call in June or July 2014. Secondly, I realized I have a 2nd account from TLG: Everyday…which is also $16.99. This one I have used before for gift cards…. and does pay for itself…if you use it! I as they hope, have not been using it, but intend to now…I’m sure I have been a member for several years…at $16.99 montly…adds up… .
