I cancelled my booking PT645858030 on the 27 of July at 2 pm. The car proposed was damaged and I didn”t pick up a damaged car. I immediately sent an email to Turisprime ( [email protected] and [email protected] ) to inform of my cancellation. Yesterday, they answered me that I must contact you in order to ask for the refund.
