Part was returned via FedEx and we emailed notification to the purchase site used azaudio confirming receipt. After a couple of email exchanges received email from tvpartsfast. Not a problem as they were the company the part was returned to because they were the shipper of record on the packing list when part received. Provided all of the required info which was the same info on returned packing list. I am now over a month into this return and still no refund full or partial and now no longer receivin replies to my emails. This is rediculous! My son has now basically donated $500 to the tv manufacture and this group because both refuse to refund any of his money although they have the “warrantied” merchandise in their possesion and FedEx tracking to substainiate arrival within warranty coverage. I will not give up nor waiver on this and will pursue the stated refund until it is received, regardless of how long it takes. .
