Tyson Properties managed my home for the last 2.5 years and we returned. Upon returning the home was a disaster and we did not receive any moneys from the cleaning deposit. I was going to write a long letter explaining everything that had occured but the individaul that posted on 4/29/12 summed it up for me, including the issue with the light bulbs. No walk thru completed and items I consider damage was considered wear and tear.
