UFax.net is a scam runned by 1 or 2 people! If it’s too good to be true, maybe it is! I started my real estate career and in this industry a fax number is needed. At first, I had issues with submitting my card info. I should have stopped right there and then, no, I still needed a fax number and went ahead to correct it. BOY, huge mistake! I am out $4.95, no working fax number and they have all of my card information! Every time you call support NO ONE answers and you’re left to voice mail. When you call sales “Brian” always seems to pick up. It goes straight to his personal cell phone. Let me expain the service: The website is useless when it comes to sending any fax, it’s not like ringcentral. You would have to use your personal email- use the “create email” and you send the info that way. Supposedly, this is how it works, but I wouldn’t know since every time I tested it out. It never worked! So, please be very careful and always read reviews. If there are no reviews STAY AWAY.
