My daughter bought what she believed to be Ugg boots on an online site. This site (www.http://uggoffboots.com) has now been removed and investigations are ongoing related to fraud and deception. The boots arrived in a package from China. Upon opening the box, which appeared to be from Ugg Austrailia, the boots enclosed were found to be of inferior quality. The “UGG” brand on the heels were misplaced and the boots were not the correct height or shape. I have since called our bank, and have noticed there are several other complaint filed. What a sad lesson for a young girl to have to learn. She is now out $190, and has no guarantee she will have her money returned. I hope this does not happen to many other people.
