UK Postbox Limited

I needed a mailbox service in order to shop from various electronic stores that ship only within the UK. I had prior experience with mailbox services in the US and in Germany, which was excellent in price and quality of service. I Googled “mailbox UK” and of all listed pages I clicked on UKPOSTBOX.COM Due to my prior good experiences with other companies, I thought that they would charge accordingly and didn’t mind reading the details fo their charges and did I set up an account with them. In 2 months time I have received more than 60 parcels in this mailbox and I found out that they charge some 5.5 pounds er packet, just to receive tha packets. Up to now (Aug 31 2014) they have charged me with GBP 448 for 62 parcels they have received for me. They expect me to pay them that amount of money for my parcels to sit in their warehouse. And of course they will charge me with the postage to have those parcels forwarded to my home address in Greece, what I guess will ammount to (62 x 10) another GBP 620 I doubt if the price for buying the goods contained in these parcels exceeds GBP 500 The whole thing is crazy. I am stuck with them not knowing what to do. I have contacted Allan Chester by email, explaining the situation and in 3 days now hasn’t answered me. Can anyone give me any advise on how to deal with this situation??
