Hello Sir/Mam, I am Jatinder Singh from US. I own a small business. I ordered a sample of led canopy light for my gas station from company named Ulight which is in China. The company’s website is www.ulight-usa.com and www.wisdom-ssl.com. I am in contact with Kevin Zhang phone number +[protected], email is [protected]@ulight-usa.com. As discussed with Kevin, I bought a sample to check the light in person. When we first plug the light, it didn’t work. Our electrician checked the light and told me that the LED Driver (Ballast) is been burnt as there was no output from ballast. We asked same to kevin, and he sent me the new ballast. When we used the new Driver (Ballast), the light still didn’t work but the new driver has the output. On close examination, we found that the led chips have been burnt out. As per our electrician, the previous driver had caused the LED burnt. I asked Kevin to send the another sample as this is covered under 5 year warranty. Instead of cooperating and sending the light, they are asking me to pay for the new one. I further request you to please show your initiative and help me getting the refund or a new light. In addition I have the videos as a proof that the first ballast was not working and the second is working. Thanks Jatinder Singh
