[protected] My name is Alicia Perez, I was working at the benefit brow bar I was busy with a client and another one wanted an appointment for lashes but I was busy so I told her to wait twenty minutes so she left and I wrote her name down in my book. I Take clients every twenty minutes she was late so I had another walk in and i took her when the other client came in I told her she is twenty minutes late I will ask the clinique representative to apply the lashes for her and she did, after all was done I went to the back room to drink water, the store manager Jennifer Machentash and prestige manager Renne began attacked me screaming at me her exact words . alicia what happened this morning ? I said what are you talking about ? she replies condescendingly why did you over book yourself, I told her the client was late and my representative manager told me I can give them 20 minutes and then I have to take the next person because I have sections in my book blocked off for appointments and walk ins.. she then starts screaming at me saying sometimes you have to throw what Dionna said out the window. …random info…Benefit is a corporate and a franchise and I have to do everything the same as all the other benefits world wide and make the customer experience perfect, I don”t know what Jen wanted me to do ?take all of them at one time and look like a mess ? I said back in a defeated tone of voice ok ill just give the clients one hour to be late sarcastic enough to get it threw to her that I have a business to run ! and she said said calm down its just eyebrows, very rude! I have been doing eyebrows for five years I am a certified esthetician and I do not appreciate her unethical and rude attitude towards me. I work hard and I am great at what I do that is why I was hired and why my clientel love me and continue to rebook with me every three weeks.. she is making me feel isolated unwanted and I do not want to lose my job over this drama and i was wondering if she doesn”t stop after this will I be able to be rehired in the future at an Ulta if I do decide to put in my two weeks
