Dealing with these people was the single worst experience I’ve had as a customer ever. I don’t know how they’re still in business, but avoid them at all costs, the headache isn’t worth it. There are numerous threads across the BMW forums about the nightmares people have experienced from Umnitza. I purchased headlights from them which I paid for at the time of order, and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete; that never happened, I continued to wait patiently, calling every couple weeks, this went on for several months until I got fed up and called my bank to retrieve my money. Once I was reaccredited the Umnitza owner called me leaving harassing phone calls. .
