Read the other claim experiences and you’ll know exactly what I experienced… Worst Customer service, no communication unless you call multiple times a day and, if you don’t, you will never know what’s going on and they will never reach out. On 1/8/19, had a total loss claim and from the beginning it was troublesome. paperwork was “lost”, not once did they correspond with my bank, they said, “we need to contact the bank for a letter a guarantee and they can issue payment”, sounds great… too bad they never did. I called my bank every day!!
Then, on Monday 3/4/19 get a text message at 4 pm, not a call, stating that payment was being mailed the next day… yet they still never contacted USAA for the letter… Also, I can’t make a ten-day payoff for the loan because I don’t know when the check is supposed to arrive? Just a horrible company all around. They need to be shut down!!!! Don’t buy cheap insurance! You get what you pay for.
