Applied recieved and activated my card online, added funds, used card, then had my taxes done & deposited onto my card, called to get balance on Account, Customer Service told me a hold was put on my Account until I provided proof of Identity I have sent copies of everything they said I needed and I did, “problem” cause my Driver’s License address didn’t match address on my 1040 because I just moved, went to D.M.V. changed my address & got a printout with my new address and shows who I am, now they are wanting more information, sent already my 1040, I.T Number, Drivers License, copy of my Car Insurance & Car License Registration that has my name & correct current address, now they say my I.T number will not work that I need a social security , they I keep getting the run around after I provided the information and then some, when I sign on to my account online It says the Status of my Account is PFRAUD please can somebody point me in the right direction on what to do next, I been reading online that this has happened to many people, it’s got to stop. . .
