We got the Uprepaid phones in November. We have the $30 plan, they have been charging us double for the past two months & then demand that we pay more money to get the phone turned back on. We’ve been keeping track of our usage. According to Uprepaid, we’re out of minutes, according to our call log, we still have 600+ minutes left. They told me that after our 1500 minutes they would charge 10 cents per minute. My call log puts me at just under 900 minutes and they are charging me 20 cents per minute. In 3 months my husband has used about 1600 minutes total, and they claim that he has used all of his 1500 minutes for this month (meaning he only used 100 minutes the other two months), he refilled his plan two weeks ago. Plus, they make it difficult to complain to the company. When I called, I got a foreigner who I could hardly understand and only knew to say “make a payment”. .
