XX ENCINO CA 91316 Your shipment was released at the following location: PORCH Jason: I live in an apartment building…there is no porch. Carla V.: Have you had the opportunity to check the delivery location? Jason: There’s no package. Jason: Yes. Carla V.: Have you had the opportunity to check with other members in the household? Jason: In the apartment building? Jason: Do you know what an apartment building is? Carla V.: I am sorry that information is not on the system. At this point, a package investigation is required to further research this shipment. Please contact Amazon directly. Amazon prefers to handle shipment inquiries like this one directly with you.
