Urban worklofts isn’t a good place. This place always remains crowded and most of the amenities aren’t available as you might think they are. They are lying on their website by claiming to have a huge bunch of services. In reality, you won’t be getting access to most of them. And even if you get access to their amenities, it’s really difficult that you’d have the access for a good amount of time. In most cases, you’d have to get back to your usual self and remain devoid of most of the amenities. They have too many people working there. These greedy people don’t care about the customer experience. They just want to make as much profit as they can, even if it means making the lives of their customers hell. They don’t realize that by ruining the customers’ experience for a few bucks, they are actually decreasing their profits. I visited the place for 3 months because I had already paid the rent for the same. I was looking for a coworking space because I work alone and I thought it’d be a great experience. After my experience with this place, my view has changed considerably regarding coworking space. Due to the high crowd of this place, it gets really difficult to find some quiet time to work. Even if you wear headphones to work (which is really uncomfortable, to be honest), you’d get disturbed by someone passing by or asking a question. That would’ve been acceptable if this place provided a good quality experience. But nope, it doesn’t even do that. Cleaning is a big issue here. One day, I had visited my space to see a box of pizza and some cans of soda occupying my seat. It was disgusting. I didn’t work at that space that day, I went to a café instead. On another day, I had made a booking of the conference room because my client’s team was arriving. I was going to hold a meeting there. But guess what, these people forgot to tell me that the conference room was already taken. It created a really embarrassing situation for me that day. I wasn’t able to hold any meeting with my clients and I had to tell them to come again. The showers don’t work even though they are provided. I never used them because the shower rooms seemed dirty too. I couldn’t even visit the place for the time I had leased it. It became too much for me to handle. The constant noise, the overcrowded break rooms, and the dirty washrooms aren’t worth $500 a month. You can go and look for someplace better. In fact, I’d suggest going and working in a café. As for me, I’d go back to my house and work from there. I don’t think this place is worth anyone’s time or energy. They need to focus more on the comfort of their existing customers than attracting more of the others.
