I’m sharing my experience working at Urgent Care MDs because I want to raise awareness about these horrible people. The internet is plagued with their fake reviews and I want to put the truth out there.

When I used to work at Urgent Care MDs, the days were hell. I had to work for long hours and most of the days I didn’t even get the time to eat my lunch. It’s torture. They don’t have much staff there so you have to do the job of different people all at once.

The pay was good but nothing in comparison to the work I had to do. And it was an everyday drama. If the day is slow then don’t think you won’t have to work. They’ll get you to do something and make sure you keep working for endless hours every day. Believe me, 9 out of 10 employees there are leading poor lives because of the work pressure.

I say 9 out of 10 because there is a lot of office politics going on too. The management favors those who lick their boots. So if you’re good at that stuff, then you’ll have an easy life working here. For those who like to treat patients and have a passion for medical care, I’m sorry, it’s not the right place for you.

I didn’t get any holidays there too. But that’s valid because of the emergency care and service. For those of you who are looking for a decent job in the medical field, I would suggest staying away from this trash bin. Believe me, it’s not worth it.

You’d go home regretting the choice you made. And you’d be so exhausted that you won’t be able to spend some time with your loved ones too. It’s a life-ruining place and I hate every second I spent there. The favoritism is visible and you’d begin to doubt your own skills and talents. Those who were working less and for fewer hours would be getting the same pay and benefits as you. Even when they are at the same level as you.

I’m saying all this because the place had ruined my life. When I left Urgent Care MDs I was relieved. I took up a similar job at another place and I noticed how crappy my previous job was. The pay is not enough for the amount of work you have to do here.

It would be better if you stayed away from them and got a job someplace else. Their favoritism is bad for the patients too but they don’t care.

I wanted to share my experience because there aren’t many honest reviews of this place online. Their treatments aren’t good but the work experience is worse. If I had known how depraved and low-minded these people are, I wouldn’t have stepped one foot here. These people are ruining lives and I want to make sure that your life remains safe.
