I running a little Chinese Cafe. I received April statemnt from US Bankcard Service there is $30 charge fo NONPCI CHG, this PCI is like confidential contract, you don’t keep customer’s information (I think that PCI means). I called the company today on 5/12/14, ask them to send me the form so after I return in I should receive the refund for that charge. They answer me if I can return by the end of this month, I will avoid additional charges, which means they will going to charge me $30 each month if I don’t fill out the forms. And they can’t refund the charges. I suppose to call them and ask them to send me that form, that is my resposiblity. I told them I only know when they are going to charge me after I see the statement. I told them your company should send me the form in the begining of the year, or send me the letter or email me inadvace telling me that is me time to fill out the PCI form They reply: “We have too many clients, and we are not resposible for remind you this.” That’s how they treat their customer, they are busy. They said the company didn’t charge me the money, VISA company charges the money. I don’t believe it. Please do remember to fill out you PCI forms. This company is unreliable from the first place, I call them 2 and half years ago, that I want give a try to use they service to see how it works becuase most of the people now are using cards. Our cafe is two genaration, we didn’t take credit cards for almost 18 years. Once I sign the form, my give a try is lock up for 3 years, and even I ask there any charges I should know before I use their service, and this is the first time I’m using this service. They didn’t told me there is annual charges oh plus this PCI charges. Only six more month I’m out of this, I can’t wait. I won’t ever doing business with US Bankcard Serive, never again. .
