Usa Traffic Schools

I was referred to the American Safety Institute, Inc site (www.usatrafficschools.com) to do my nice first driver’s 4 hour traffic course. We were asked to pay before to take it. I did it. She stared and 1 hour after the system didn’t let her continue because a new window opened and said we needed to pay in order to continue. It was weird, so I called my bank I confirmed the payment. It went through. I didn’t want to pay again so I call to the phone number they have shown on their page (1-800-800-7121) No one answered because it was 6 o clock and they work untill 5. So I tried to do the live chat??? they offered… no one answered… We call to the Tallahassee traffic office and they told us that even if she approve it the information will be available to then in 2 days… we already had our appointment made on that time so we had no time to loose. So we had to go to another site, pay again and do everything form the top. This morning I contacted American Safety Institute, inc and told them what happened asking, please, to get my money back. They were so rude with me, they told me it was impossible, that as my nice fault ‘cos she abandoned the computer… That there is no way that window we saw appeared could shown on the screen but further more they dont care about what happened because they had a non refund policy (they dont advise it anywhere on the site) and the only thing they could do is offer her to do the test again. I told her, again, we already had to do it with another company and the manager told me she wont give back my money. I told her i was going to call the police because she was offering a service she does not give, it was a scam and I will contact my bank to suspend that charge. I was amazed the way they treated me, surprised for a policy they don’t advise before and absence of any respect to the costumer. It shouldn’t happened to me or to any other person. Definitely, is wrong and we, as a costumer, need to be protected from people like that. Is not a huge amount of money but many persons fooled like me give them a lot.
