My husband and I have been considering purchasing a metal building so I was looking them up online and came accross this company. It said you could fill out a small form to recieve a informational catalog in the mail and so I did that, but I put my husband’s name down since he knows more about construction than I do and would be the one making the final decision when we are ready for this. This company immediately started calling every day multiple times even tho we told them that my husband leaves for work before 7am and comes home about 4pm. I also told them that we were just in the information gathering stage and we were not looking to purchase for about 1-2 years and that I would appreciate it if they stop calling. They continue to call every morning at 7:15-7:20, (Steve) is our caller and I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the call list and that we will contact them when we are ready, I have told him that calling this early is against telemarketing call rules and he said that the “new rule is that they can call starting at 7am in the morning because most people like to get called before they go to work” I have also asked several times when they call if I can speak to a supervisor and I am put on hold for about 20 seconds and then told that they are in meetings or all on the phone. This raises a HUGE red flags – despite the fact that they are lying about proper call times. I am trying to get my three children ready for school at this time and it is very very aggravating!!! This morning I asked again for a supervisor and was told they were all on the phones, I asked the caller if they knew what time it was and he said “yes, it is 7:23” I told him that this is too early to be calling and I have asked to have our number be removed and then he began to get aggressive and talk over me telling me I can not ask for my number to be removed from their list because it has my husband’s name on it and they will have to hear that from him. I explained to them that I was just trying to get the information sent to us so we could look it over and that we did not want to be harrassed and that we did not want to be called anymore, he then continues to talk over me and criticize me for putting my husband’s name down when I was filling out the form and so I explain that he knows more about construction and would be the final word, and I am still being talked over, so I tell him we will NEVER do business with a company that has such Poor customer service and he starts yelling something back at me and I hang up the phone. This is really stupid at this point and I am sick of having calls from them. I wouldn’t do business with these people if they had the best prices and best materials, because they have no honesty, curtesy, listening skills, customer service, understanding, morals or ethics !!!!!!! .
