I received a bill with long distance charges for an account that was not mine. When I called to let them know I did not have an account with them, Jose told me that I once must have had that account. I continued to tell him that I did not know the phone number on the account nor had I ever have service with them. He continued to argue with me saying he did not understand how I received a bill for an account that was not mine. He then played the call from the person attached to the number who had made changes to the account. It was obvious that it was not ME, the verifying information such as billing address and date of birth did not match me in any way. The woman speaking had English as her second language and as the agent asked her questions during that call, it became more obvious that it was NOT me. After he agreed to report the error and remove me from billing, I called the number on the bill and it was a nonworking number. .
