I have got registration number – [protected] for JNU which is on UTS system. I had to pay fee for JNU exam, so went to UTS online payment website page. While making transaction, UTS online payment website took me to my bank website ICICI to complete transaction. And after making payment it reverted back to JNU website. On JNU website the error message Invalid — Invalid hash and later screen with unsuccessful transaction came*. It was transaction of Rs8800.19, So, to pay fee I made the transaction again. And again got same messages which specified that on UTS website that transaction unsuccessful. However, later found that both the transactions were successful. And extra amount was paid to JNU account. Although, UTS acknowledges that they have received double payment. But are not refunding the amount even after many requests in last few weeks. Further, the only ethical thing which UTS should be doing is the refund of the amount which went as double payment. As it was not my fault but the wrong message screen produced by your online payment website.
