All of the customers complains about UTSAV is making sense now. I have placed an order about 4 weeks ago for an event i am going to attend and wanted to make sure i get the sarees ahead of time. So i choose the sarees that were available to be shipped within 5 days. everytime i checked with them they said it will be shipped within 3-4 days..i made a miskate of not checking online for other reviews and fall for all the good comments on their website. it’s unfortunate, they have great products for very good price or at leas that’ what they advertise. I bought saree from other online shops and always got them within 2 weeks..never shopping at UTSAV again. They sent me an email today saying they cancelled my order and i will get the money in 4-5 days. let’s see it that comes true!!
