I didnt’ want to contact you but, feel that I have to do it as a last resort because I’m now being repeately harrassed by this company (see correspondence below – I am CUSTOMER). They sold me a defective product, didn’t give me a return address to send it back to and when they finally did, they expected me to pay for the postage and would only refund 85% of my money. I tried to do the right thing, tried to be a nice guy but, these people will not stop. Can you please look into this? .
