I have taken an apartment in their first project in Guruvayoor called as NEELAMBARI VASTHUGRAMAM in 2010 slated to be delivered by end of 2012. However Mr Valsan Pannicker (MD) of the company is so forth yet to handover the building after 4 yrs of delay . He has been shamelessly asking for extension over extensions from the customers. Pls advise what is best route of action to be taken against these culprits who are sitting on crores of hard earned monies.
