Vault Mortgage Group promises its clients to provide efficient service and ensures complete customer satisfaction. But the said company fails to live up to the promises it makes and is not that efficient in its work. I had once applied for refinancing here. I was ensured that my requirements would be met without any delay and without any hassle. All they did was waste a lot of my time. They kept asking me for more and more documents for verification. I had to keep on providing them with whatever documentations they needed in order to sanction my request for refinancing. This wasted a lot of my time. I had to keep on struggling for the documentations.
I had also learnt that they promised to maintain proper communication between their customers. This was not at all true in my case. I had to make numerous phone calls to enquire about why my request was not being sanctioned. Every time I tried to contact them regarding my problem, I was told that necessary steps would be taken up soon enough. But nothing happened. They kept ensuring me about it but my requirements were not met. I was troubled with several urgent requirements. There was no way I could figure out how the process of refinancing was going and how long it would take to get my work done.
There were many cases, in which many customers had to face this problem regarding their refinancing requests being delayed. In many instances, customers were promised low rate of interest but at the end, they had to pay much higher rates of interests. Some people have also been charged extra. Due to my bitter experience I suggest is better to not seek the services of a firm that has little certainty of their efficiency in customer service.
