Hi, i want to lodge a complain against the hr policy of employees in vcare call center. The HR policy of vcare call center is so bad that employees are suffering from many types of health disorders. I would like to discuss two policy which are very bad for the employees. 1st One: Leave policy At the time of interview the HR used to inform the employees that he or she would not get any paid leaves however the company has very lucrative offers, which is they will give 1 month salary on the immediate month whenever we completes our one year of services, that means if you have joined on 1st of January 2010 then you will get your 1 month salary of December + 1 month salary ( instead of paid leaves) on january. But wait, the HR will never tell you that they have any cycle of payments, however as it seems the policy looks fine however there should be paid leaves in every company. I am not aware of the Rules or Employees Rights, but i think that its employees right to have paid leaves atleast one in every month. However lets forget about this now the real thing is that if you complete your one year of hard work with vcare call center, instead of getting rewards they will just reveal their cards in front of you which will make you so sad that at once time you might think of doing some criminal activities like kicking or slapping the HR personnel. The thing is that you will be then told that the cycle of payment for 1 month salary will be comming after another 6 months…that is because The HR makes and updates the policy regularly just to harass and suck the employees wealth. That is very sad and some one should ask them to stop this bad HR practice. 2nd One: Vcare call center – vcare means we care but they really don’t care about anyone. If a company commits false then the clients should pulled off their projects, similarly if you the employee has been abused you should resign and make a complain immediately. My second complaint is to the management level…the people in top managements are very uneducated or they have very less amount of knowledge and this results politics and very poor work environment. Unlikely HR, they only supports the managers and TL’s and we as an employee get atl slips despite of our hard work and dedication. The policy of releasing the salary on or after 11th of every month is very sad. Just check good international call center, they used to release the employees salary on 1st or 2nd of every month, but vcare call center, which self acclaims that its an international call center does the opposite. Please let me know is there any Govt. rules for private companies to release the salary on time????? I would like to know… Also please ask vcare call center for false play with employees, and ask them to release the payment to the employees which have completed their 1 year of services with vcare call center.
