I bought a ticket from Viagogo last Friday, for an event the following Monday (tomorrow, as I write this). I knew the timeframe was tight, but was reassured by the guarantee, headed in bold type on the Viagogo website, that I would get my ticket, or it would be replaced or refunded. I thought they would send the ticket by special courier, not the public mail courier system. I received an email telling me that the ticket was dispatched on Saturday, and I thought it would arrive on Saturday, since I was advised of where it had been posted, which was only an hour’s drive away. The ticket did not arrive on Saturday, and by the time I realised it wasn’t coming, the mail service offices were closed for the weekend. I contacted Viagogo, who said it was no longer their responsibility and I’d have to contact the mail service. Now, I will do that as soon as the offices open in the morning, but my issue with Viagogo is that they made sure to tell me, without me asking, that they were not required to replace or refund the ticket, if it did not arrive.When I questioned how this tallied with the guarantee on their website, they said that if they were responsible for the handling and delivery of the ticket, they would replace or refund it. They weren’t, so they refuse to have anything to do with it. There should be a disclaimer to this effect on their guarantee, and I have reported them to the Advertising Standards Authority. .

1. I am legally blind person who purchased tix for Australian Open on Viagogo. The total cost of tix was not made clear until final proceeding of payment. The time elapsing affected my capacity and ability to clearly read, and assess purchase, for example, I am buying tix for 2 children and myself (who is accompanying children and will not be able to ‘see’ the event anyway. I was led to believe the total for three tix was $629 and have been distressed to discover amount charged was $2524.23. I am not in a facial position to make such a purchase of any kind. Viagogo did not respond to any immediate emails requesting special consideration for refund. Paypal did not enable prompt cancelling. In addition, there are not details about the seating allocation or times, locations for other aspects of ‘hospitality package’ so am not in a position to re-sell. I am utterly distressed – please help!

16/10/17 Purchased tickets on-line as tickets advertised at a set price. Proceeded with sale without being made aware of excessive and exorbitant fees which equated to AUD$90.77 booking fee per ticket. The advertised fee for the ticket was 285.64. Not until the end of the transactions which proceeded with the entering of credit card details was I informed of this fee. This is misleading and deceptive conduct which has ensured that Viagogo had mislead me throughout the consumer transaction. The tickets have been charged higher then stated and also the seats that I have purchased don’t exist. The order in my account states my tickets are in Section -Trybuny Gorne, this does not exist. My account said they where 386 per ticket, with fees a totalmof 1099 to be charged, i was charged 1120. Please I have tried reselling but as I don’t know where they are is very hard to do. 200% markup on tickets. Viagogo charged $235- Ticketek $120. Absolute rip off, robbery and no customer service. Daughter purchased these inflated rip off tickets. Tickets advertised as $180 indicating uninterrupted viewing and mid tier seating. Once ticket processed I was charged an additional $50 handling/VAT. I find out later that day that Ticketek charges $110 for the same seats, right up the back of the arena. So I have paid $230 each ticket for tickets which Ticketek charges $120 (less than $10 handling charge). When contacting them they offered to resell the tickets with the handling fee of $50 nonrefundable and they take 30% fees to resell – if they resell them!

About 3 weeks ago I bought 2 tickets, for my wife and daughter, for a Justin Bieber concert in Tel-aviv, Israel. I missed the initial sale because I didn’t know my 8 yo daughter was so into Bieber, and so I happily spent about a third above the ticket price on viagogo, just to make her happy. The tickets were initially supposed to arrive by mail, but about a week after the purchase I received an email from viagogo stating that the seller has e-tickets, and that they will be sent in a follow-up email. Sure enough, the tickets were sent and I printed them. Today, on the day of the concert, my daughter was probably the happiest I have ever seen her. She was so excited, and I was so happy I could do that for her. She and my wife left early and got to the venue. They stood in line, waiting to give the tickets and get in, only to be told by the bouncer that these tickets were already used. My wife called me, and I told her it must be a mistake, that she should seek someone from the production team to clarify this. My wife found someone from the production who told her that the tickets she has were already used to get in, and that she and my daughter won’t be able to see the concert as it was sold out. The tears my daughter shed over this all affair is something that I will not soon forget. Nothing will compensate us for this. I demand a full refund, that’s obvious, but aside from that I deserve compensation for the loss of time, for travel fare to the venue, and of course for the grief. I’m more than willing to seek legal counsel for this and do everything in my power not only in order to get justice for my daughter, this will never happen, but in order for viagogo to face the consequences of their actions – obviously selling the same tickets multiple times – and make sure this never happens again to any little girl.

Absolutely outrageous customer service. I bought 2 tickets on viagogo. Tried to resell them and used their “one click listing” service. These were sold and I emailed them asking to redirect the tickets to the new buyer – they agreed to do so. A week later, they send me a terse email indicating that I had to send them on my own. I followed up and they claimed that they had never promised to redirect them (although I have the communications and their website itself states so). I let it go and sent the tickets (although it was quite a rush). I then receive an email telling me that the tickets were incorrectly labelled as including a “row”, that the buyer had complained and I would neither be getting paid, nor would I get my tickets back and that they reserve the right to charge me for buying new tickets for the buyer. I do not understand how this happened as I used their “one-click relist” service, and the identical tickets should have been relisted. This is absolutely shocking service.

Because I did not have experience with buying tickets for our local Theatre in The Hague I did not recognize viagogo. Outsourcement is usual in The Netherlands, and it looked official. I intended to buy two tickets as a present for a concert in September 2019. When I was selling the tickets on the site, a clock was ticking for five minutes. It is pure misleading. I got an e-mail that I did not get de e-tickets immediately but some days in advance of the concert. For me impossible to give it as a present and worthless. I tried immediately to cancel the 194, – Euro transaction, but it was not possible. Then I went to te Theatre (800 meters from my appartment) and found out that viagogo is messing up the ticketsale. I bougth new tickets (65 euro) at the Theatre and will do my utmost to cancel this transaction by my creditcard company. It is impossible to reach viagogo in a regular way. Their consumerservice is nothing more than a list with FAQ. This was my last time of doing business on the internet. I found out that viagogo according to the Guardian is supported by the Jacob Rothschild and Bernard Arnoult. The rich of this world are filling their pockets.

Bought 2 tickets in January for Ed Sheeran concert in August in Warsaw. I received on 20.07. – 2 tickets with other names on it. Contacted the concert organizer after checking their website and it turns out – tickets are invalid and useless as names and ID will be check on entrance. A change of names is only possible when the original buyer applies for it in written form AND bank transfers a fee for this from his account. This is not executable as there is no contact with the sellers and also highly questionable if they will pay the fees. However, Viagogo support repeats to write that the tickets are valid and it is no problem to enter the concert. After calling up the event organizer, eventim, they confirm their official TAC and that the tickets are useless. Viagogo support wrote few times that they can refund for invalid tickets, I requested it, but they do not execute and repeat to reply in the same way – “you can get refund if tickets are not valid” “yes your tickets can be used with wrong name, you can enter”. Actually Viagogo is providing here written evidence of actively supporting fraud. Extremely poor and shady. I paid nearly 8 times the regular price of the tickets – which is of course my own personal decision and habit – but then at least things should work. This is simply unacceptable. On direct request I’m more than happy to provide case relevant details and evidence.

Bought tickets from viagogo for the killer”s tickets on the 20th of April. I was dubious about them from the beginning as heard viagogo tickets we a scam after purchase. Complaint about Ed Sheeran tickets purchased online the Viagogo on the 17th May, 2017. Order ID [protected]. On the above date I purchased 4 x Ed Sheeran tickets online from your company. At the time of the purchase it mentioned a price which I was of the belief was the total cost of four tickets. This was inline with the cost of Ed Sheeran tickets which I was aware had been capped. After proceeding I found that the total was actually $1645.95. This FAR exceeded the price given when asked to confirm the sale. Since this I have contacted you a number of times and have been told that the sale could not be cancelled. As a result the tickets were re listed for sale and I was informed that they had been sold for a lesser amount. I was happy to accept this however a short time later I was then informed that this sale was cancelled. I cannot understand this as I was unable to cancel my sale. Since this time I have heard of numerous other complaints similar to mine regarding your company. As a result I have contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) who have advised that I make this further complaint. I feel that the sale was misleading and deceptive regarding the total price of the tickets and the failure by your company to disclose the substantial fees. As a result I am now requesting a refund of this sale. I would appreciate a reply in relation to this matter by the 24th January, 2018. Dear sir/madam, At the beginning of this year, my colleague Laura bought me and my partner Tania two tickets for 136 GBP (Order 9790535) for Jamiroquai concert on the 24th of June (SATURDAY). Unfortunately, the concert was re-scheduled from a Saturday in June to a Wednesday in December (6th December). I can’t understand how is it possible to re-schedule a concert for half a year, from a weekend to a weekday, and not offer the possibility of a refund. I don’t live in London and is not that easy for me to go there.Besides losing money on the tickets I also lost the transportation and accommodation money (total 240 GBP for me and my partner). Since I couldn’t get a refund, I tried to sell them here. In order for you to get more money at my expense. I only managed to sell them for half the price I bought here (no surprise when an event changes from a summer weekend to a winter weekday). Event : Don Giovani Teatro Alla Scala 3/06/2017 Order ID :8446785 Dec 2016 2 tickets for Galleria purchased for 349euros including VAT and booking fee. I was then offered an upgrade I was then told my tickets were not available but they are to be replaced by 2 tickets for the cheapest and worst visibility seats in the theatre (stool seating) I was then told I could print out my original tickets for the Galleria but when printed they were for the inferior seats. After paying for flights and a hotel we were turned away from La Scala because our tickets weren’t valid. Viagogo customer service agreed to refund my 349euros when contacted on our return from Milan. My Viagogo account says I have been refunded but I haven’t ! First and foremost, I went online to Ticketmaster on the date that the Childish Gambino tickets first came out. Somehow, I was redirected to Viagogo, a secondary site and I spent $400 on 2 tickets that I thought were great seats. I didn’t even know exactly where my seats were until my tickets were finally sent to me several months later and I realized how I was taken advantage of (nearby tickets were selling for about $50). To add insult to injury, the concert was postponed to a date I cannot attend. There’s no way that these tickets will sell for the price I was tricked into paying. I want a refund now. Firstly upon searching via google for Beyond The tracks tickets Viagogo stated in its headline Official Ticket Site. Very misleading as it is not the official ticket site for Beyond the tracks. Nowhere throughout purchase did it tell me I was buying from a third party and the price wuld be higher than the actual ticket price. I have tried to log on to complain but it keeps telling me I have the wrong email address or password which I know I havent. I have tried to contact them by hitting the reset password and help logging in but received no answers at all. There are no phone numbers listed or actual email address to contact them direct. My ticket has come with another persons name on it and it states clearly on Beyond the Tracks website that ID must be taken and entry will not be permitted without it and without your name on your ticket. Good afternoon, I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from this company whilst tracking and receiving a ticket which I purchased on 13th March 2017. The ticket did not arrive before I left England to fly to Ireland despite being assured that it would. Having tracked the package I realised that I had omitted one letter from the postcode. I immediately contacted your company and informed them of the error. I was assured that the tickets would arrive by noon the following day and my daughter arranged for courier service to deliver them to a friend’s home in Ireland. The ticket did not arrive and when I tracked it again, despite being given the correct postcode, the ticket was now in Germany. This was now on Thursday with the match due to be played in 48 hours. Once again I rang your company and after having been put on hold for over 20 minutes I was told that someone would get back to me with details of an alternative ticket. I heard nothing from Viagogo for another 24 hours. During this time I made several more phone calls, and was each time put on hold and given no further help. I finally received an email on the morning of the 18th, the day of the match with the details of an alternative ticket which could be collected from a hotel in Dublin. My experience of the entire service was poor with a lack of communication or advice. My trip to Ireland was spoilt my anxiety and the lack of certainty about attending the match. Good day, My sisters daughter bought tickets from you for her mothers 60 ht birthday. You did deduct the money from her credit card account and the bank confirmed you did not refund her, then you cancel the tickets. She also purchased plain tickets for her mother – in South African rand, the amount you deducted is a lot of money. Attached is a screen shot of the order ID and the amount that you deducted with your cancelled information. Since the fees has gone through please refund her, you have her banking details. She now does not have enough money to buy her mother a proper birthday present. If you want your customers to be polite as mentioned on your pop-up you should not take their money and then cancel their tickets. She saved hard for her money to buy those tickets. Hello I purchased tickets for London o2 academy today for BTS. There were four of us purchasing the tickets excitedly around the laptops. They were all selling really fast and we managed a few times to get on to the chooses tickets and submit page. then it said these are sold. Hello, I recently bought three tickets to see Celine Dion with my family on 4th July at AccorHotels Arena in Paris (Order ID 8896809). I bought the tickets in one purchase, understanding that the three ticket-holders would be sitting together. The confirmation email says the tickets were all seated together – category 3, row 90 (see photo 1). However, when my family and I – one younger and one elderly – arrived at the venue, we discovered that we were not sitting together. Two of the seats were in the same block, but not next to each other, and the third was in a completely different part of the stadium (see photo 2). And we were unable to change them. Naturally I am very disappointed about this. We paid a lot of money (much more than the value of the tickets) and of course we wanted to enjoy the spectacle as a family. We were all sitting alone. I think it is grossly unfair that you sold me the tickets as three together, AND confirmed in an email that the seats were together, and we only discovered when it was too late that this was not the case. Hello, Unfortunately, there is not a section of where you can complain about your experience etc. Unfortunately, we were unable to watch the Boriussa Dortmund vs Wolsburg game as the stadium was at full capacity due to the South stand being closed. As you can appreciate this was very disappointing as this was a birthday gift for my partner and our children. If I had been aware that we wouldn’t have been able to watch the match due to over capacity then I would not have purchased the tickets. Hi I ordered two tickets to see Ricky Gervais on the 12th October 2017. I could no longer make this date so I sold the tickets through viagogo (sale number [protected]). Unfortunately there was an issue with UPS delivery and my tickets were never delivered to my addresss for me to send on. I logged this as a complaint with viagogo and spoke to a customer service representative on a number of occasions who escalated this to UPS who were completing an internal investigation. As I didn’t have the tickets to post to the buyer, viagogo said that they would do this for me and ensure that I didn’t accrue any charge for not posting the tickets in the timeframe given. I was also informed that I would receive my money for the sale. To date I have not received any money for the sale of the tickets and I am therefore raising this as a complaint as it is not my fault that UPS didn’t deliver the tickets to the correct address and I escalated this at the time. Hi I purchased tickets on the 23 of May to the Ed Sheeran Concert in Sydney, on the 16th March 2018. You have overcharged me for the tickets, and I request an immediate refund. I had no intention of purchasing the tickets at an over inflated price of $AUD400 per ticket. I request a refund by no later than the 2nd June or I will report the overcharge to the following; – The Australian Federal Policy Cyber Crime Team – The Australian Fair Trade Commssion and – The Financial Ombudsman Legislation in Australia requires that any company reselling tickets should at the point of sale indicate the particular seat, row number and restrictions and these were not. Hi, A while ago I bought a Tomorrowland ticket that I now unfortunately can not attend. I checked my ticket status on my account and it had that it was an e ticket and I could on sell it conveniently using the viagogo website. Which I then did. After it sold I was instructed to upload the e ticket when I receive it and it will then be passed onto the new owner. Only a couple of days ago I received an email stating that viagogo had made a mistake and that my ticket was being posted to me (which is not ideal as my account has my Australian address and I am currently in Italy) which I then promptly sent an email explaining that I had sold the ticket and could not receive it in the post and was seeking some advice as of what to do from there, after all I thought I had an e ticket which would be as easy as uploading online. A few days later I received what looked like an automatic email informing me to ensure my address is correct, then the same day I got a random Facebook message from a random person informing me that my ticket had been posted, to which I replied I can”t receive it as I am on the other side of the world. I am extremely angry at how this was handled as it was obvious at the last minute you realised you had stuffed up. And the only thing I can see happening now is the poor person who bought the ticket off me won”t be able to receive it and I will be out of pocket whilst a ticket sits in Australia unused. Would be great to see you guys fix this up some how. Not for me, more for the poor person who purchased the ticket off me and probably can”t go now. Hi, I am writing to you with a concern I have regarding a foreign company online called “Viagogo” that operates from your country. I live in Cairns Australia and had never heard of Viagogo til last week when I decided to go online and try and purchase State of origin tickets. I google search “state of origin” and “Brisbane” and the first website that comes up is Viagogo. I assumed they have unsurped Ticketek here for distribution rights and are legitimate so I enter the site looking for tickets. It becomes clear (very early on ) from the warning messages flashing up that there are less than 4% of tickets left. I manage to find the last 5 gold section tickets that can be seated together for $224 per ticket although it is not clear where the seats are at Suncorp stadium. As the 10min counter counts down and the and the warnings flash up that other people are waiting in a virtual queue to buy the tickets they are holding for me temporarily it becomes clear that I need to proceed with haste if I am to complete the booking. I proceed via via credit card with 1min to spare but just as the transaction is processed I notice the final price has jumped to a total of $1480 (so $296/ticket!!). I am confused until I realise there is a hidden Viagogo handling charge of >25%!!! It gets worse though as I then do a further google search of Viagogo reviews which reveal the company is a just secondary platform for ticket scalpers that preys on people”s fear of missing out in entertainment tickets. The Internet is littered with stories of decent people being scammed by this company. Sometimes the tickets are not just overpriced (illegally so) but also are just one of multiple copies sent out… or are counterfeit!!! There are allegations online also that the company may buy tickets on mass itself and passes them off as if they were from a secondary seller for a huge mark up. I write to Viagogo who deny me quoting that they have a no refund/recourse policy except to allow you to relist your tickets for sale through them for a price so you can repeat the process with the next poor customer! They inform me initially my tickets won”t be sent out Mid May online as e-tickets and that they can”t tell me the seat numbers or location. After several exchanges (often auto-responses) airing my grievances Viagogo send out the e-tickets (ticketek originally) which are not in my name and indicate they originally cost $165 each! My bank indicates to me (after I report being scammed) that I will have to fly to Brisbane and probably be rejected entry at Suncorp stadium before they will refund in the basis of fraud. By then I will have wasted money in airfares and accomodation as well as my time and that of my friend who I wanted to take to the game! I have since joined “Victims of Viagogo” on Facebook and I am working on recovering the money. I have pointed out to Viagogo that their original price of $224/ticket is illegal on the basis of Queensland”s anti-scalping laws not allowing resale of tickets at a mark up of >10% but they are not budging on a refund. Having taken in the number of people affected by Viagogo on social media and the scale of fraud this company has been responsible for I think it is high time the enforcement of laws occurs to protect the public against the practices of Viagogo. They are flouting drip pricing and anti-scalping laws and show no sign of altering their behaviour in the future. I have written to the ACCC, ACORN (via the Qld police) and will again contact my bank tomorrow about the matter. Italy managed to fine Viagogo 1million euros last year for it”s illegal conduct so it is time this company and those similar were held to account in Australia. For your part I would ask help draw your colleagues attention to this problem as current laws and enforcement are not stopping Viagogo. Hi, I bought tickets for coldplay, Singapore from this website. I paid for them using my credit card. I put them back up for sale because the price was astronomical. However, they kept pressuring me to send tickets to them for the buyer while they had not even sent me the tickets yet. I even got a few phone calls from them from their office from this gentleman called Brian following up for the tickets. By the time I got the tickets, the buyer had already taken a refund from them and not asked Viagogo to replace the tickets at an additional cost. Viagogo sent me an email informing me of this and said no further action was requirement from my side. After the concert was over, they charged my credit card for US$ 1069. I have been emailing them since then but there is no response on emails and there is no response on any of their listed numbers. I would like them to refund the money that they have wrongfully charged to my account for this but it is impossible to get through to this company because no customer care contact point responds and no alternate is available. I recently purchased 2 admission tickets to the Tommy Emmanuel concert in Brisbane on 17/9 and ended up paying $309 for this. I was lead to believe these were the last remaining tickets and I could not purchase them elsewhere, when really I could have purchased 2 premium (the best) tickets for just $240. I am 16 and this is a large amount of money for me to squander. I am so disappointed and very upset at how manipulative and deceiving this website is. I wasted a LOT of money on these tickets and this has now caused me to begrudge the concert that I really should be looking forward to. I would greatly appreciate a refund of some sort as I am extremely upset at how easily this website ripped me off. I do not believe there was full disclosure in the booking process. I was lead to believe that this was the only way that I could attend this concert, and that these were the last tickets remaining. Now my tickets are in the name of a suspicious sounding “Lady Elena Mamonova, ” whom I have never heard of. Hi.. I received an email to say my tickets for Micky Flanagan @ The Brighton Centre on Friday 3rd November were to be delivered on the 18th November and needed to be signed for. When I got home from work on the 18th November UPS had posted them through the letterbox so no signature had been obtained and my dog has chewed the whole envelope & its content. I have no tickets. I am contacting you because any contact with viagogo here in melbourne, australia is impossible – they have no phone, internet contact for members of the public I have been pursuing this matter for 2 months, firstly through viagogo and then via my credit card provided – american express – who tell me they have little facility to deal with the complaint against their merchant. On line, I bought 2 tickets as a birthday treat for my husband to see the book of mormon in melbourne. The tickets were a$225 each and when I was booking them there was only – in small print – a mention of a booking fee – but no amount stipulated. I booked tickets in July for the Australian Pink Floyd at the Brighton Centre on 27th Oct. I am due to travel tomorrow morning, having booked 2 nights in a hotel, and the tickets still haven’t arrived for the concert in 2 day’s time. I bought 2 tickets from Viagogo for the 25th of October 2017 for the Paris concert at he U Arena with my credit card (please see attachment). The tickets where very expensive (89, 9 euro is indicated on the ticket but with taxes the price was finally around 150 Euro for each ticket). On top of it we spent 290 euro each for the plain tickets. We spent a lot of time queuing in the line at the entrance of the U Arena, to be finally told that our tickets where fraud. We checked at the information desk to be sure and it was confirmed that we could not enter the show. We where extremely upset and sad. To our great disappointment we missed the show that we wanted so much to attend and for which we spent so much money (plane tickets, hotel, concert tickets). I bought 2 tickets online from Viagogo to see the “Battle of Brisbane” – a boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Jeff Horn, held in Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane on 2nd July 2017. I paid $440 per ticket. When the tickets arrived by email about one month later (one week before the fight), they turned out to be Ticketek tickets with a face value of $99 per ticket. Even with booking fees added to the cost, I believe the markup was extremely exhorbitant. I probably would not have complained if the seats, for the price I paid, was anywhere near the fight ring. But, as it turned out, we were seated so far from the ring that we could only watch from the big screen. The couple seated beside us suffered the same predicament. The wife bought the tickets as a surprise wedding anniversary gift to her husband, but was scolded instead for getting ripped-off by Viagogo. I believe I am entitled to some refund, and there must be a legal way of stopping internet companies like Viagogo from victimizing unsuspecting people like us.

I bought 2 tickets today to a nick cave concert on my mobile phone. What i thought i had bought was very different to what I actually did buy. I had no idea viagogo.com was a reseller and when the price was quoted $355 i presumed that was for 2 tickets not one! I had no idea there was a $105 book fee on EACH ticket. I bought tickets to The War of the Worlds in Brighton, a show that is on in December. I did a Google search for tickets and bought what I thought was one of the last remaining seats for the Sunday performance. When I came to check out I was surprised by the final cost as there were additional fees added at the last moment, but these were so many messages counting down to me losing the best seats available and I proceeded. I bought instant download tickets as this is what was offered, received my email confirmation only to find that I could receive my tickets as late as 3 days before the performance. At this point I did some research on Viagogo and discovered that they are a secondary ticket provider a term I had never heard of! I have since learned that Viagogo pay Google well to turn up first in these searches making people believe that they have entered a valid ticket site, and although there is information at the very top of the first page claiming to be a secondary sales platform this is very easily missed. The pricing information is very misleading with additional charges being added late in the sale and there is constant prompts informing you that theses ae the very last seats available (leaving out the info that this is only on their site). Once I discovered this information I opened a dialogue with Viagogo to express my concern that I had been misled, every communication I have had with the company has generally been a cut and paste of an earlier email though I have heard that I am lucky to have had a response at all. I am upset at the overcharging and being ripped off but I accept that I did not do enough research. However, they have failed to comply with their own terms of sale as they are offering “instant download” tickets knowing that they are not going to provide this service. They will not give me seat details so I am unable to check if this is a valid sale. I have been in contact with the venue, who gave me information to express that they have had negative experiences having to turn away people with tickets from this company. They did however confirm that the Primary sales for this event is through Ticketmaster and that any E-Tickets would have the seating information on the confirmation email and the ticket itself would have been received the same day as the confirmation. Despite this information Viagogo have maintained that they are unable to provide seating details or my tickets.

I bought tickets x2 at Viagogo website for the Pacquiao vs Horn boxing match held at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia for July2, 2017. We found out that the venue, Suncorp Stadium does not honour tickets bought from re-selling website like viagogo and it is an offence to the Australian Ticket Scalping Law to buy and re-sell ticket specifically if the profit of the re-sold ticket is more than 10% of the face value of the individual ticket. The provisions within the Major Sports Facilities Act (2001) are designed to allow genuine fans a fair and equitable opportunity to purchase tickets to events at Stadiums Queensland venues. Ticket scalping laws took effect for events at Stadiums Queensland venues on 8 December 2006. I bought two tickets for $355.52 to Louis Theroux for the Melbourne venue on 19/01/2020 and thought I was buying it through Ticketmaster and not Viagogo. I and was expecting decent seating for this price. When I received the order confirmation (Order ID [protected]) I realized that I had purchased through Viagogo and the breakdown of the ticket price and booking fee and handing fees. It stated that the price per ticket is $132.61. Your online presence is very deceptive and people only realize later, once they have paid, that they are not purchasing through Ticketmaster. Then several weeks later the tickets became available to print out and I realized that the tickets were only $100.87 (see total price incl GST as printed on the ticket) each and not $132.61 as stated in prior in the viagogo event information/order confirmation. Secondly, the booking and handling fee is much higher than if I had booked it straight through Ticketmaster. We were seated at the back of the auditorium and far away from the stage. I feel ripped off to the highest degree would like you to refund me at least $100. . The date of this match presented on the webpage and sent to my mailbox as a confirmation does not match with the official date of this match. Viagogo mentions that the date is 26th of May 2019 (same date is on the ticket confirmation) but the official date of this match should be 19th of May 2019 – week before. I googled The Russian ballet company to buy tickets and the first site that came up was Viagogo. I purchased 2 tickets for the ballets show in New Zealand. The premier seats were $135 each. I wanted good seats as they were for my Mums 80th birthday. I then had to pay $34 per ticket handling fee, plus $9 per ticket booking fee. I paid in total $354 . I received an email stating I could print off my tickets 2 weeks late. I did so and discovered I had tickets for $89 stall seating. I got tickets to the after race concert for Calvin harris for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in november 2017. I have now spoken to the official F1 Grand Prix organizers and they have confirmed with me that tickets purchased through viagogo will not be accepted for entry. This is because only F1 Grand Prix 3 day pass holders have exclusive rights to attend the concerts. Individual after-race concerts are never sold individually. I had 2 extra tickets for French Open at Roland Garros as my daughter couldn”t come to Paris. Put those tickets on sale using Viagogo. One ticket was sold in a matter of minutes and second one in a few hours. There were 2 same tickets bought from French Open official site. I had booked tickets to see steps in Liverpool from yourselves and received them no problem. But unfortunately when I got to Liverpool I realised I forgot the tickets at home and it’s a 2 hour drive away. At this point I’m panicing that I’m going to miss out on something I’ve looked forward to for months. I had four tickets listed for Little Mix on 15/11/17. The listing number is [protected]. Three tickets sold, leaving one left. I noticed at 4.30 pm on the day of the concert that the ticket had been removed by Viagogo without my Knowledge, I had no email or no advance warning of this. I called Viagogo at the earliest opportunity, which was 4.50 pm and spoke to Jalina to see why it had been removed. I was told because it had not sold and collection had to be by 5.30pm. It was a physical impossibility to get to collect it by that time. If I had been informed this was the case I could have collected this and gone to the concert and not wasted an unused ticket. As it stands I cannot even go to the concert now and I am not able to collect the ticket by the time I have now found out is my deadline. The concert starts at approximately 7ish and I can get there so why can I not collect my ticket? Little mix don”t come on until 9pm so I could still get there very easily but you will not allow me to have access to my unsold ticket. Nowhere on the small print can your staff point out where I am told this in advance. I asked for this ticket to be left at the box office for me to collect. I was told that these tickets are at an office 50 mins away. They won”t stay past 530pm, so I have asked for the ticket to be taken to the box office for me to collect? I am really upset at this service.

I have been contacting viagogo since last 2 months. This is the first time i used their portal to sell tickets and they have the worse customer support and transaction process. it has been almost 3 months now and I have not received a concrete answer from them regarding my payment. I have been trying to resolve an issue. I was charged for a sale as outlined below. I placed 4 tickets for sale and the I.d. was TID [protected]. Someone purchased 2 tickets but when I tried to proceed with the sale the website kept going back to the home page. To resolve my problem I placed the same tickets for sale again. I have just bought tickets for Sheryl Crow in Manchester, I feel very conned and ripped off. I have purchased Bruno Mars concert tickets for May 12 (in 2 days). My order id is 8758774. I hadn”t received the tickets 5 days before the concert, so I enquired and thanks to the tracking from the Swiss Post office, it shows that they tried to deliver the ticket but it was returned to the sender. The official message from the post office says that “the recipient wasn”t found at the address”. Since I provided my company address, I know that there is a reception 8h a day, so something isn”t right. I called the post office and they confirmed verbally that the address wasn”t readable due to bad handwriting. All this sending and return has happened few months ago. Yet I haven”t received any email or phone call from Viagogo to let me know that there was a problem delivering the tickets. I contact Viagogo last Monday, and since they don”t have any phone number to reach, I could only submit an online request. It took 48h to response to my request (the concert was then 3 days later). They request a written proof from the post office showing it was because of the unreadable address that they couldn”t deliver. Soooooo I call back the post office who kindly provides a picture of the address that is unreadable, unfortunately the official reason reads “couldn”t find recipient at the address”. This is all they could do for me. The post office tells me that Viagogo needs to call them directly at this point so they can confirm to them that its due to the unreadable address. I inform Viagogo of all this information. Their reply is “we need a written proof from the Post office that this is due to the unreadable address they couldn”t deliver”. We are 48h away from the concert, and these tickets cost a lot of money. Viagogo has the tickets as they were returned to them. Yet, they refused to tell me when I can get them. I suspect that they have already re-sold them, and they are just trying to save time by asking for an impossible paper 2 days before the concert. I have very recently purchased two tickets to Hans Zimmer Concer taking place in April next year in Barcelona via Viagogo portal. I was wrongfully mislead to believe that the tickets for the event are selling extremely fast ‘in front of my eyes’. I was notified that only 3% of tickets are available. In addition they claimed that 90 sectors are already sold out where this is simply not true. What they don’t tell you is that by 3% of tickets available and sectors sold, they, in fact, mean, the tickets they have available for sale themselves! Furthermore, number of notifications popped up during my purchase, information gathering/entering to remind me how many people are currently looking at the same tickets which added to the hasty purchase/confirmation without realizing how much they add on to the ticket prices for VAT and service fees! I find their trade tactics highly unfair and misleading! They literally convinced me that the tickets I wanted will sell within minuted and therefore I made my purchase hastily based on that sole belief since the tickets were meant to be a gift for my partner and I did not want them to sell out. I don’t understand how can this website/provider be still out there and without any hassle misleading, tricking and defrauding us, the consumers. I contacted them just few minutes ago and I am awaiting the response. I realize you can put up your tickets for a re-sale with them, but you will only get the money paid for the tickets themselves (not for the handling/service charges) and only when/if they are actually sold. I just bought tickets (15th June 2017) for Cat Stevens in Auckland with Viagogo. During the purchase process, there was some small print saying “+vat and fees”, but it wasn’t until after putting in all my credit card details that the fees were actually stated. I listed two tickets for the Marillion Weekend in Leicester (event takes place between the 28th and 30th of April, I put the tickets up for sale on the 30th of March). As I was going through the process nowhere did it state that I would be unable to change the nature of handing over the tickets, nor that it is forbidden to list tickets which you do not physically have in hand, nor that I will be denied direct contact with the buyer. Only after having sold the tickets I was informed by the box office that the tickets are box office pickup only, and after having confirmed with them that I can sign the tickets over and someone else can pick them up, I tried to change the ticket info accordingly. Unfortunately this was denied by viagogo, as was my request to get in touch with the buyer personally, and I was informed I would be charged an unspecified fee that would cover viagogo finding replacement tickets (to this day I have not been told how much this is). I find this appalling behaviour, and while I would like to put this whole messy business behind me I refuse to pay any fees incurred by an obvious lack of information and lack of flexibility on viagogo”s part. I logged on viagogo.com to purchase tickets for coachella 2018. I paid $2096 for 2 tickets. Order was placed and confirmed on 4 January 2018. I was in the queue to buy tickets for $800 per ticket but more than that was debited from my account. I made a mistake while booking by accessing accidentally ViaGoGo”s website, instead the Ticketek”s one. ViaGoGo HQs are based in Switzerland, their customer service I dealt with – UK When opened the ViaGoGo website it looked like a Ticketek”s website. Being prompted by limited time to complete the purchase (timer), I rushed and did not realise from my mistake until the purchase was completed and my credit card charged showing amount in Euros (183.68) instead in AUS Dollars. On 01/06/2018 I recived an email from ViaGoGo”s Customer Service (UK) with two tickets to print. They showed somebody else”s name as a purchaser, the purchase price was lower than one I paid and the sitting inferior – not what I expected and paid for. I sent multiple emails to Viagogo”s customer service and received confusing responses. A number of my inquires were not attended to. In the last email dated 28/06, the customer service representative clarified that the ViaGoGo platform allows to resell tickets purchased by other people. But why the ViaGoGo does not match pricing and disregards equivalence while re-distributing tickets between sellers and purchasers? I still do not understand this. Buying ticket through ViaGoGo costed me extra $110.30 If bought through Australian Ticketek, it would cost me $8.90. As indicated, ViaGoGo fee for selling tickets cost me 62.3% of the total purchase. I strongly believe that this fee is not fair.

I made the purchase on the 14.3.17 via your Viagogo site – and PAID. the tickets were sent from Austria to the local UPS dealer – who – for some reason claimed that my address was not properly inserted (cannot be BTW) – thus approached back UPS Austria who claim that approached you and following your order -=put the delivery in status “abandoned” I have contacted UPS multiple times. The package is 10 KM from my home. They are not willing to send it to me without viagogo releasing it back for them from delivery. The house number isn”t valid so the tickets have been sent bk to viagogo I know this as I went down to local post office and they say u revived them Monday ! I ordered 2 tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix from Australia. I changed the delivery address to an apartment in France with my mobile number as the contact. Viagogo accepted and confirmed the order (order ID 8462070 $896.75 Aud). The delivery failed as I was not in France when the tickets were attempted to be delivered. I contacted UPS to try and arrange a new delivery but they would not deliver the tickets unless I provided them with a French phone number. While in discussions via email with UPS to try and arrange pick up or delivery of the tickets UPS returned the tickets to the supplier. I contacted Viagogo and the promptly replied that they should be able to help me if I provided them with a French phone number. I replied that I do not have a French phone number and are contactable on the phone number registered on the confirmed order. Since then I cannot get a reply to my emails from Viagogo. Viagogo just ignore any email I send and I have not heard from them for 3 days. I have informed them via email that if I don’t receive my tickets prior to the event then I expect a full refund as UPs and Viagogo’s refusal to use the register phone number for contact is the direct reason for the contract (tickets) not being honored.

I ordered 3 Edinburgh Tatoo tickets. I paid a total of 623.54 USD for premium tickets To Viagogo. My order #[protected] was for 3 tickets with the face value of 47 Pounds. I”m willing to pay a service fee but twice the face value of the ticket is RIDICULOUS. The tactic of saying the tickets are selling out was used in the website and for someone that has bee to the Tatoo before, I felt this may be true. I ordered my ticket from vaigogo paying $300 for a groovin in the moo ticket before finding out that my friends paid less than half the amount for theirs. They sent me an email saying that they would send me my ticket a week before the event, which means I wouldn’t even of known that my ticket was fake until then. I had to find out it was fake from all the reviews on their website of how they scammed all their customer and that they couldn’t get into the event cause of the fake ticket or that is just never came. I ordered tickets for the Ajax – Man United final in Stockholm and paid over $1750 per ticket. They were supposedly shipped via UPS but never arrived. Viagogo provided a valid tracking number but UPS said they could not find the envelope and advised that the sender needed to request a search. I tried to get a hold of Viagogo support via email and phone, but neither approach was successful. Unbelievably bad support for a service business!! Now pursuing a refund via credit card company. Never using Viagogo again. BTW, I bought replacement tickets via FootballTicketNet for half the Viagogo price and, while the delivery was later than promised, their support was very accessible and helpful.

Since reselling tickets in this way is against the law I would expect a full refund from these activities and for the website to be shutdown. I paid 129.13 for two tickets to see this show when we received the tickets they were 22.50 each plus 4.90 fee & although I understand you need to make a profit that is an extortionate profit in fact you could say rip off. Then we got to the arena only to realize the seats weren”t even together although booked at the same time so we ended up sitting on our own. Not happy.

I placed a purchase order on 11 June 2017 for three GOT7 ticket (Asia World Expo in Hong Kong on 1 July 2017), my credit card was deducted for HKD 6, 998 and a “Order Confirmed” appears on my phone. I however have not received the confirmation email nor the tickets I logged in with my two usual email address but the purchase order is missing from my accounts. I tried to follow up on three consecutive days but the service from Viagogo is so bad that you could only post a general enquiry with preset choice of parameters on their website. They don’t even have a space for you to fill out and explain what the issue is. Although Viagogo did reply by email, they contained contradictory information, one said I ordered with [protected]@live.hk, the other one said I ordered with [protected]@student.cis.edu.hk I wonder if they really spend any time checking on it. And of course nothing was found when I tried to login again with these email address. They have a phone number for customer service in Hong Kong but when called, I was asked to input an order ID (which of couse I do not have because I have not received the confirmation email). When you did not input a correct order ID, the recording message just asked me to go back to the website. It is so frustrated that I have the money deducted but never ever able to have an effective way to reach someone at Viagogo for a seemingly very easy problem to resolve it. It is a disgraceful service. I hope they could see this message and get back to me with a proper email address of their own such that at least I could communicate with them for a follow up.

Not only was I charged $751 for the two, but the fake PDF I was issued is in someone else”s name and has a face price of $173.05. This alone breaches Queensland law. I purchased 3 rugby tickets in August 2017. After completing the process I was charged in Euro not NZ$ as stated on ticket price. The price was far higher than the price indicated. On receiving the tickets they stated “CHILD” ticket which we did not purchase. We were advised to resell which we did. I received an email saying I should upload the tickets which I did. I purchased 3 tickets for an event due to be held in January 2017 I bought the tickets in November 2016 but due to a double booking was unable to attend so was advised by your site to sell them which I did, I received the confirmation my tickets had been bought before Christmas 2016. I followed the instructions in the shipping details email which said to not print the label until i was ready to send the tickets as this would start the tracking automatically. When I received the tickets 1 week before the event I printed the label and as I was on my way to drop them off at the UPS office I got a call from your customer services to tell me not to send the tickets as this was not a UK address and that I would here back from you with a UK address to send the tickets too. After 2 days of not hearing anything I called the number back and was told that you still did not have a UK address and that I should just wait a few more days. After another 2 days with nothing I called again and asked if I could send the tickets to the venue for the buyer to collect and was told no I then asked if I could get e tickets sent to me and the buyers email address to send them on to and was told no and again was told to wait even after I explained that due to where I lived it at the very top of Scotland and it would take 2 days for the tickets to get to London so I really needed to find a way to send them. I called again the next day but the number was constantly busy I emailed but no reply. On the date of the event I noticed that a selling fee was deducted from my credit card and when I tried to contact you again I got nothing back. After weeks of sending countless emails I finally got a reply that said as I didn’t send the tickets I would not get any sort of refund which I think is totally absurd as it was your company who stopped me sending the tickets and did not let me offer the buyer any other way to collect the tickets. I purchased 4 ballet tickets online (on behalf of my elderly Mother) on the 4th of October. She should of been charged $277.88 plus service fees as they were $69.47 each. I purchased 5 Golden Circle tickets to the UAE Chris Rock concert for Friday, 05 January 2018 19:00, at the Dubai World Trade Centre for a total price of AED16, 364.58. The concert was postponed and never rescheduled. I have emailed Viagogo every month since, several times a month requesting my money be returned. They insist the concert has not been cancelled, but the webpage provided demonstrates that their is no concert scheduled. They have a link to sign up for a concert, if he decides to schedule one. This demonstrates that there is no sign that the concert will be rescheduled. I have attempted to file a better business bureau case against Viagogo. I purchased 9 tickets from Viagogo and was unaware that the tickets were at a extremely inflated price. I was unaware that companies could do this. There was also extra fees included which I was not aware of. I contacted the company by email within 15 minutes. I was unable to contact by phone as the only numbers I could find would not connect. I purchased a single ticket for this event in London on April 28th. I paid for the ticket and was informed the order was confirmed and tickets would be arriving no later than 3 days before the event. 2 days before, 26th, the tickets hadn’t arrived so I called the company. They said that while the money had been taken out of my account, there was no ticket to be provided for me. I purchased Armin Only tickets and sold the tickets on 09/05/2017. The tickets were purchased via Paypal. On the 29/05/2017 I queried the payment and received a mail saying I need to change my payment details, which I did. I purchased Ed Sheeran tickets thinking I was purchasing them from a genuine ticket seller. Before the concert publicity in Britain came about indicating that Ed Sheeran was not validating tickets purchased using unauthorised ticket sellers such as viagogo. The publicity was for this artist and then later in the month for Rolling Stones playing Cardiff. I did not even realise that the tickets I was purchasing were resold to me at a much higher price than the original seller paid for them and this was unclear as was the fact that I was clearly being ripped off. I contacted your website using the on line customer email address asking for a refund. In many and numerous emails sent I either got no response or a vague response indicating that no refund was possible and all I could do was to relist the tickets. To be honest if there was anyone on Britain by now who didn’t know that these tickets were invalid they would have been living under a rock so relisting these tickets and giving my misery to someone else was not an option. I tried numerous times with no joy. I even sent information from the Ed Sheeran website indicating that the tickets were invalid. I even at times appreciate I sent emails indicating that your customer service was very unhelpful and in fact shouldn’t have customer and service in the title as there was no attempt to help anyone in your emails and getting a response was probably something to feel happy about, as from what I can understand from general information on the web getting a response from you is not guaranteed as I know only too well. In each and every email I sent I had nothing back I even mentioned the ticket guarantee you have in your website saying this wasn’t a guarantee at all as it clearly meant nothing. What annoyed me the most and I appreciate that as a reseller of tickets this problem was not if your making but what is of your making is the unhelpful attitude from your staff, the lack of responses to me when I was clearly getting annoyed and the ignoring all the issues. The horrid situation could have been dealt with far better than I feel you have dealt with it. Had I had an immediate response saying you were looking into it and another one indicating you appreciated my dilemma and a refund I would have come away happy, been more inclined to use your website for further purchases when now I wouldn’t use your website if it was the only option left to me in the whole world, I would rather go without. I have subsequently gone back to my bank and will obviously continue to try and get something from you directly. I have been assured that unless I get entry into the event the seller isn’t paid by you – well we all know I won’t get entry into the event so how long do I have to go on about it? If the seller is not being paid by you and my tickets are not valid why can I not receive a refund? Why do I have to write lots of emails and complaints when all this when all it does it give you an even worse name for customer service as I tell everyone not to use you and I will never use you? This strategy is not beneficial for your ongoing growth strategies so why do it. I purchased three tickets to see UB 40 in Dubai – what a rip off buying them from Viagogo and I intend to let everyone I know that is an absolute fraud. I purchased tickets for the LUZ CASAL concert in Athens 20/9/2018 and the tickets were advertised for 53 euros. When I paid the transaction I realised that they charged me 50 euros for VAT, HANDLING FEES ETC. None of this was mentioned either before or during the process. And I was over the moon and static as you can imagine, so I received emails etc stating to collect the package on the night! So here we are getting ready and sorted arriving 30 mins early so we can sort out package and receive early entry along with all the other experiences, to be trying to find someone for 25 minutes getting told to go all different places and then when we finally speak to someone who was about as useful as a brick they then informed us that VIP started at 3 in the afternoon and gave us NOTHING that we were intitled too! And I am absolutely furious about the situation and would like something done about this as it is not fair and I will never ever be using your services again and that was a massive downer on the night! He was amazing live but you have no idea how rubbish it made me feel and that no one on your side actually made me aware of the timings nothing!!! Basically a fend for yourself service but how on earth was I meant to know to be there at 3. Absolute disgrace and I would appreciate you getting in touch to explain why no one informed me and that now I missed out.

I purchased tickets to the Woman’s World Cup match in Paris, France on 1/25/19. The match was to take place on 6/7/19. I received the e-tickets in my email on 5/20/19 My wife and I flew out of Los Angeles on 6/5 in the evening and arrived in Paris on 6/7 at 12:15 am. When we went to the match with the printed tickets, we were denied entry into the stadium. We checked with the officials at the ticket office and they told us the tickets that we had in our possession had already been used for admission by someone else. We had to buy tickets from a scalper on the street in order to gain admission to the match that we had just flown over 24 hours to get to. Upon arriving back in the USA, I was able to check my email and voicemail. This is when I discovered that Viagogo had sent me an email on 6/6/19 to tell me that the tickets that they had originally sent to me were not valid. There is no way possible for me to check my email while I was out of the country traveling to the site of the match. I also saw that Viagogo attempted to call me on 6/7/19, 90 minutes prior to the start of the match to inform me that the tickets had been changed. The timing of trying to inform me that the tickets are not valid is completely unacceptable, as we were out of the country without access to email or telephone. I feel that a refund on the purchase price of the tickets is in order. I have requested a refund from Viagogo, without any success. My order # is [protected].

I purchased two Melbourne cup general entry tickets for 80 dollars each. Fees were added without any notice amounting to more than 60 dollars, these fees were only shown after I had entered my payment details and paid for the tickets – no warning was given prior to them taking the extra fees from my account. If I was shown these fees were going to be applied to my purchase there is no way I would have used the service. The fees were extortionate and unnecessary, I”m hugely upset that the money was taken from my account without any indication, I only know the fees were added because they were shown on the receipt!

I purchased two tickets to see Above & Beyond at O2 Arena on 4 November 2017. After realising I couldn”t make it, I listed the tickets for re-sale on 2 June 2017. On 5 July 2017, I received an email confirming that the tickets had been sold, and for me to upload the tickets (which I did). Then on 5 October 2017, I received another email informing me that my tickets had been sold, and for me to upload my tickets (again). Presuming that there must have been an issue with the first buyer, I then did as the email instructed me and uploaded my tickets. I then realise that Viagogo had in fact re-sold my same tickets twice. When I drew this to their attention, they said “you listed your tickets for re-sale twice” and alleged that I re-listed them on 5 October 2017 – which was an utter falsehood. I noted that when I listed my tickets for re-sale on 2 June 2017, I received a confirming email to that effect. I then called on them to produce the same confirming email with respect to my alleged “re-listing” on 5 October 2017 – which of course they could not do. Despite repeated requests, all Viagogo simply keep coming back with is “there is no glitch in our system”. Consequently, they are now holding me liable for the price of the allegedly re-sold tickets – depriving me of my re-sale funds, and forcing me to incur additional costs. All of this for something which I never did. I am utterly heartbroken, it is so much money. How is such behaviour is allowed to exist in the retail world? It is unprofessional, disgraceful, and criminal.

I recently bought two tickets via the Viagogo website for Marc Almond’s Royal Festival Hall concert on 3 October, but have just discovered they are almost two and a half times the price for the same tickets which are available on Ticketmaster’s website, the official site for the concert. I recently placed an order through Viagogo for tickets to a soccer game. My first transaction was declined, so I tried again and my transaction was complete. However, I then received two confirmation emails. Both transactions actually went through. So, now I have been charged for four tickets when I should have only been charged for two. I recently purchased two concert tickets from Viagogo. After completing payment, I received an email stating the tickets would not be available until three days before the event (which is 4 months away), and given no seat numbers. This naturally made me feel suspicious. Upon further investigation, I learn that Viagogo only sells ‘resold’ tickets, and has left thousands of buyers without tickets, without refunds, or – worst of all – turned away at the venue because the tickets are fraudulent or have already been used. I would NEVER have purchased tickets through Viagogo if it had been clearly stated on the website that the tickets were only available three days before the event, and with no seat allocation…I don’t know any sane person who would! Viagogo have taken my money with no reassurance that I am going to get what I paid for. I am deeply concerned about this website misleading purchasers.

I travelled to Benicassim from Ireland for the Benicassim music festival on friday the 14th of July. I bought and paid for my 4day ticket to the music festival on Viagogo on the 24th of April 2017, but unfortunately, and to my horror, as I attempted to enter the festival I was advised that my ticket had been used the previous day, on Thursday the 13th. I understand that the way that this company performs will be illegal in the UK come March 2018. my complaint about this company is summarised as follows: 1.When buying Peter Kay tickets for the Manchester Arena their web site did not identify themselves as a secondary sales ticket site. 2.Whilst dealing with the sales transaction I was subjected to pressure sales techniques. 3. I did not receive and honest and accurate summary of the sale before completion. 4. the sale was loaded with unreasonable, excessive and unjustifiable fees 5. There was no cool off period to allow for the reversal of the sale if dissatisfied. The only recourse offered is to resell through them. 6. The tickets have not been issued to me. They may not turn up, according to the email they sent to me for up to 7 months
