They ruined my hair with their substandard services

This salon offered me poor services, and there was no one to address my concern. I regret choosing this salon despite having other options. Do not repeat the mistake I made.
I wanted to visit a salon before the wedding day. This was a great day for me, but my favourite salon was closed for that week. The employees had gone for a training seminar since they wanted to expand their operations and start offering body waxing services. I had no other option but to look for another salon in Costa Mesa. I was very careful when choosing a salon as I did not want my hair ruined for any reason. I narrowed down to Victor Paul Salon to have my hair done and face waxed. I called the number posted on their online website to book an appointment which they scheduled on the next day. I arrived at their physical premises before time as requested when making the appointment. The staff members especially the receptionist was not friendly, and they kept ignoring me. When they finally decided to talk to me, I informed them about my appointment and requested if I could be served immediately. To the receptionist declined my offer since there were other customers on queue and I had to wait for my turn. Booking an appointment did not bring any impact as I had to wait for hours before being served.
From their online website, I was expecting to be served by a professional team that knew what they were doing. To my surprise, this was not the case. The team was made of unqualified individuals who were not sure about their doing. I opted to start with face waxing before having my done. The waxing process was not done gently, and I felt a lot of pain. I tried to complain to the therapist, but she kept saying I had dry skin. This was not the type of waxing I was used to, but I did not have an option. However, I planned to make a complaint to the manager about the poor services offered.
After waxing, I decided to have my hair done. The lady who attended to me was rude, and she kept pulling my hair. The equipment available was substandard, and they ended up running my hair. I requested the lady to try fixing my hair since she made it worse. The lady got mad and said she could no longer serve me since I was rude. This was unacceptable! How did they expect me to pair for shoddy services? I asked to speak to the manager to raise a complaint, but he was out of office. I felt disappointed. Their painful waxing procedure hurt my face, and my hair was in the worst condition ever. I paid and left that salon never to return. I had to go to another salon to have my hair done.
